Big Scam Beware!!!!

They contacted me through Totaljobs tellong me that they would guarantee me a job after finishing the Comptia course, Too good to be true, they main job is to get you sign and wave your right for the 14 days cooling off period, once they get your money and signature you're RIPPED OFF big time, and that's what happened to me, they stole 500 pounds from my account dirty dinosaurs, just stay clear and don't ever attend that interview.

Scam And Fraud

After you sign a contract with tekworx, you will find that your money goes for Techworks with whom they said that did not have any connection. The course is easy, but after completing first part, the do nothing to help you with promised other parts and on all your questions the answer very picky as if it is connected with money the alway say that you need to pay, but if you ask about a course, they are silent. So basically the course which on paper seems to be really nice in reality is terrible, the company behavior is terrible as they never ask if you need any help or how the course us going.

If you are a victim of the company, plz contact us via e-mail. Kokoro_no_tamashi @ yahoo.co.uk

This is so true, i paid £1,050 for an ECDL, Project Management and I T Support training. Not even once have I had any phone calls or advice from them. The only time have spoken to them was when they chased me up for moey or when I chased them up for usernames, even then they couldn't get it right.

Dont get into the same trap, its alot of money but the cost for me excluded the cost for exams. For ECDL exams I paid a further £125, had to go learndirect and sit exams, registration fee £25 and then further £25 for 4 exams. They didn't tell me this at first, but trust me i have learn't my lesson.

Once they recieve money the tone in their voice changes.

Not Serious Company

I judge the way the company works extremely not seriuos.

I've been contacted from a lady yesterday, she booked an appointment for me, sent me a txt message to confirm time, address and name of the person i am going to meet. I went on their website, found out they have courses instead of being head hunters as i thought.

I call her back, i ask her if the courses are mandatory (as i have no intention of taking a class), she says they are not, and that they cover both aspect, training and career services.

I wasted 3 hours of my life, left work earlier to make it for the appointment, paid money on transport to get there, made myself ready for a possible interview (quite a stressfull situation, i reckon), all to get there and find out that yes, of course the courses are mandatory, and they cost about 1500 pounds. There is not at all a head hunter office as i thought, and the gentlman i talk too tells me he can give some website that do headhunters (reed, officeangel etc, as if that was why i was there)

Extremely disappointing, these people should learn how to respect other people s time.

Horrible customer service.

Yet Another Scam

Companies like this should be avoided . They prey on young graduates who are desperate to get their first job with their hopeless courses. Out of desperation I signed up with a similar company. They promised me a full time job after 4 weeks as long as I pass the exam. The materials they sent me was about 9 years outdated and useless .

Most of the courses these companies offer can be done by yourself without costing you a penny. Don't be fooled by their sweet talk and the positive reviews they post online.

Agree with you totally. I was almost taken in by them but was talked some sense by my family. It's disgusting they're ripping people off in this way.

Please Don't Get Fooled By False Promises Of Fanta

Please don't get fooled by false promises of fantastic online training and well-paid vacancies. The only reason Techworks exists is to take money off vulnerable, desperate people who need a job to earn money, not to lose it!

This is a SCAM!

google 'avoid techworks' or 'techworks scam' and see for yourself!

I was nearly scammed by them myself. I was called to attend an interview, which turned out to be a jo consultation and they wanted me to make the decision on the spot. Very pushy people, and the person who arranged to meet me wasn't even there, very rude. They have now changed their name from Techworks to Tekworx and have changed their number a million times already. Unfortunately, the blog which warned us against Tekworx has been deleted, but you can warn people here: http://whocallsme.com/Phone-Number.aspx/02070158980#p425296133684698814 and http://whocallsme.com/Phone-Number.aspx/02074487703/10 AVOID.
