Call Back Useless
I signed up to scottish power and wanted to talk to them before i was committed. Called their call center, I was told all advisors were busy,every time i called.
Next I tryed their call back service. They did not call me back.
Next day I tryed the call back again. They did call me back,then after saying I could now speak to an advisor was cut off.
I then decided just to hold on line. When i finally got to speak to an advisor, i must say he was polite and helpfull. I wouldnt want to have to go trough all that hassel every time I wanted to speak to someone though.

better to avoid, my experience with them for painful six months is mental and fortune costing agony,bad customer service , whatever my problem is they are determine to advice me to pay and not listen or even try to understand it not least solving it ,money has been taken from my bank account without my consent and not returning it or apology ,they made me to pay one bedroom gas usage (normal heating&gas cooker)£343 for two months and then £178 for the next two months and until now non of them explain to me why , they threaten me if I did not pay they will cut-off my supply even with a fine , so I paid them in full and try to switch to other supplier they keep rejecting the process for more two months,I try to complain but get nothing but lies a whole company lake honesty and credibility.
