i purchased 18 tickets to bali, tickets rejected by airline, repurchased through different airline have only recieved 1/2 the tickets promised all tickets by 31/8/10 (promised on her life) now she says they are having financial difficulties,(too late to do anything about it) she will not reply to emails,

she uses the name of Portia Ramokgopia or Portia Ramok

her website looks good but it is all lies she will promise the world and deliver nothing

virgin blue said she is blacklisted from their site and is suspected of using stolen credit cards.

I was introduced to this company by my friend in england.I was looking to make a group booking for my family members in the US as we were going to india for my nephew's wedding.I contacted them and within 48hrs they had booked for me 18 tickets at a very low price.I was very pleased with their book now pay after policy which allows you to make a booking without paying anything upfront.That is a great way to do business.As soon i received my tickets from them i confirmed my booking with the airline and everything was alright.I must say that even though these guys are new comers to the market ,they are wonderful and if there is one thing everybody i know is saying about this company it is their polite ,efficient customer service and their huge discounts.Surely i will continue to use them for a long time and i will advise people to make use of their services.Pramok travels is the best when it comes to discount airfares and friendly customer service.

I found this website on Google (www.pramoktravels.com ) and at first I was sceptical because of how simple their website looked. I however decided to try out their services after a lot of deliberation was very surprised at how friendly their customer service was. They were polite and never complained even when i changed the dates for my flights several times. They were able to book my ticket for me at 20% less than other websites I have visited. They even gave me free travel insurance as i was a new client. I travelled two weeks ago and returned yesterday, I was surprised to find an email from them asking if I had arrived safely. That was the winner for me, never in my life has any of my previous travel agents contacted me after i have flown to confirm that i arrived safely at my destination. The only downside of this company is that they only offer flights, they do not offer hotel reservation and they don't accept credit card payments.
