We booked the Maple Manor meet & greet service with an overnight stay in the Felbridge Hotel. Firstly, they sent us a confirmation with the wrong dates and wanted to charge us for an extra day's parking. When I called to query it the person I spoke to was extremely unhelpful and was somehow convinced that even with the correct dates we still owed them an extra day. Took an age to sort out. I was told over the phone that we booked B&B at the hotel - imagine my surprise at checkout when I was asked to pay £32 for breakfast. They argued that my confirmation didn't state breakfast included, but neither did it state room only. Ended up having to pay up - the most expensive piece of toast I've ever eaten. Called the number when we were 15 minutes from the airport and got cut off. Sketchy instructions about the location of the meet & greet. Was told they'd be there in 5 minutes, 15 minutes later we were still waiting. The same thing happened on our return. Ok value for money, but check and double check all your correspondence as they are extremely disorganised.
