Ordered bedroom furniture in September from the company. A week later they contacted me to inform me they didn't have the furniture but that they would arrange to deliver it once they had it (had I known I wouldn't have ordered with them). Weeks passed with poor communication from them and eventually a month later they rang to arrange delivery (not like anyone needs the furniture they order in any hurry right?!), the boy that rang was useless and didn't seem to understand that I wouldn't be in on the day that suited the company to finally deliver the products. The company appear to lack customer service knowledge and skills and have provided me with the worst service I've ever experience from an online retailer; I'm thoroughly disappointed with the company and have never experienced such poor service. I will never place an order with this company again, there are plenty of furniture retailers around and any service would be better than the service this company have provided. Disgraceful.

Wonderful speedy service, great product knowledge and a traditional sales experience where we felt valued as their customer. After dads heart surgery we were looking for a new bed for him. Flatpack2go responded swiftly to our enquiry by personally calling us on the number we gave and guided us through the selection process and the transaction. They even found us a delivery slot for the very next day. Our final selection wasn't anything fancy but dad has been resting on it the whole day and has commented on how comfortable the mattress is and the quality of the bed itself. Definitely value for money, we shall be using them again and strongly recommend them. Thanks guys.

I was moving into an unfurnished flat and needed furniture asap. I happened to come across flatpack2go.co.uk online and found everything I was looking for at a reasonable price too. It was ideal as I could easily transport it to my new place with it all being flat pack and was easy to assemble. I was very impressed with the service as I received all my goods within the week! Spoke to a young chap over the phone who kindly helped me through my order. I purchased the Denver 2-door wardrobe and 4-door chest, great furniture and top quality and really easy to assemble. I was looking for a flat packed double bed for my loft as a fully assembled bed would not have got there. After talking to a member of staff he was able to provide me with the flat packed dimensions of the bed as well as the assembled dimension.

My order arrived earlier then I had imagined, the bed was easy to assemble unlike other flat pack furniture I have purchased in the past.

The Website was easy to use and navigate however they did not have much of a choice for mattresses.

I came accross www.flatpack2go.com through a mate of mine and was very impressed with the range of flat pack furniture as i like a bit of DIY.

The Prices were comparable to other online retailers but I ended up buying a Cara Living room range after a lovely chat with a member of staff at flatpack2go.

The Cara Furniture was delivered in PERFECT Condition and in Good Time as said on order.

It was easy to assemble with all the fittings and instructions with the help of the kids. :-)

Since my purchase of the Cara I have bought several other furniture items from this Lovely online furniture retailer.

I hope to continue to recieve this excellent Servive, when i BUY again.
