We Bought This Machine Less Than 12 Months Ago And
We bought this machine less than 12 months ago and it is now completely broken. Although our warantee hasn't expired yet, we now have to wait for more than 10 days before we receive a repair service (how shall we organize laundry???). We were concerned about the quality of the product before it completely broken down. For instance, the amount of time left until the end of the wash cycle was completely random. Because of our experience, I would avoid indesit from now on.
I totally agree with you. We have had 1 machine that failed repeatedly, replaced by another which is also failing repeatedly.This is a poorly programmed machine that fails with error message "F-13" indicating a failure to the dryer thermostat. In fact it does work, if you persist in switching off and restarting the damned machine. I too would never buy another Indesit.
