Reviewing Chess Musical : Having seen the original London show , the modern feel took a few moments to adjust to, but once I had, this cast were truly awesome. The highlight was James Fox singing 'Pity the Child'; the first time I have been moved by a male solo performance; this man has a truly amazing talent. Shona White was as good as Elaine Page and to have such a first rate cast acting, singing and playing the music was a rare treat. You must see this show. If there was one disappointment, it was the over 50s in the audience rustling their sweets and talking!

Reviewing X Factor Live : went to Dublin afternoon show today - loved it - everyone seemed to enjoy - fab atmosphere - cudnt fault any of the artists -rebecca unbelievable - katie excellent - one direction lifted the roof off the place! - Mary , Paige, Cher, Aiden all super -did the big numbers from the series - even Wagner wasnt bad !! got worried when 3 quarters way thru matt hadnt appeared but he did Thank God and did the last half hr before they all did Heroes together...Very very enjoyable afternoon

No hint of the event being cancelled.The event organisers & the arena management chose to ignore their "duty of care" towards their customers, despite so much advice from various agencies advising people not to travel.Such a shame & such a disappointment!

This company appears to be run by a bunch of fraudsters . I ordered a one day ticket for my son for the Reading Pop Festival at a total cost of £153 and it never arrived . I was given assurances over the telephone up to the day before the festival that the ticket would arrive. On the day of the event i was assured I would get a full refund. How can this website still be running and how can they continue to con people in this way. I have reported them to Trading Standards and I urge any of you poor victims to do the same. These people must be stopped .

Ordered 6 v festival tickets 10th March for £1313.98, the women on the end of the phone was extremely helpful and sent a confirmation email straight away. Get to two weeks before the event and havent received any tickets but all my friends are receiving theres ?? so continued to ring and ring and ring soldoutticketmarket regarding tickets and was told they would be with me 3-7 days before the event so again i waited but no tickets. Got to 48 hours before the event when i was assured once again that they had been dispatched and be with me but still NO TICKETS!!! Rang Constantly the day before the event but phone was rining off the hook or it would ring and then suddenly go engaged!!! I was completely livid and couldnt believe i had been mugged so bad !! During the event i had a phonecall at 2pm in the afternoon telling me that a representive was at the festival with tickets and i could meet them to pick up. Now i had purchased camping tickets so everyone was already there friday with tents pitched up and this was saturday in the afternoon when the event was mid way thorough! So after calmly telling the lady what i thought of the company and how fraudulant they are, she assured me that i would have a full refund within 3-5 working say and im still waiting!! Ive gone thorough my bank to get a refund back because lucky enough im visa backed BUT AS A WARNING TO ANYONE ELSE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...JUST BECAUSE THE TICKETS ARE WELL PRICED AND PROMISES ARE MADE AND THEY ARE VAT REGISTERED AND COMPANY REGISTERED! IT DONT MEAN ANYTHING BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT SEE THE TICKETS. TOTAL LET DOWN COMPANY AND I REALLY HOPE THEY GET SHUT DOWN!!
