I ordered a couple of bottles of vitamins from Express Chemist in April this year. After a receipt of payment email was sent to me, the next email I received was a confirmation of 'partial dispatch' with no explanation as to why. When I queried this, I received a reply which advised me: "all of the products we have on our website are on back-order as we do not hold stock of them." I did eventually receive my order, albeit in 2 parcels delivered a week apart, but I did think Express Chemist could have provided a fuller explanation as to why they hadn't dispatched my order in its entirety.
