They do not take 5-7 days to ship your product, as advertised. They first take several weeks to make it. To expedite it is an additional cost. My ring came over three weeks after ordering, and it doesn’t fit my husband at all. They told me I could “exchange” it for an additional $60. They refused to return it because I didn’t specifically say the word “return” when I contacted them about it not fitting.

“never received my order and they wont refund my Money!!”

I ordered a ring on Dec 8, 2020 I have yet to receive it. they gave me a tracking number that doesn't tell me anything. I have asked for my money back and they will not refund. keep giving me the run around saying it was delivered, but they cant show me proof of delivery. do not buy from this company.

I had a ring engraved. They engraved wrong and the ring was scratched. I returned it. They refused a refund or replacement. I paid for a ring that I dont have.

“Please do not buy!!!!”

Horrible experience in addition bad customer service. Changed mind within 12 hours of ordering and they waited an issue entire day to write back saying it already entered production. REFUSED REFUND HIGHLY DISPLEASED. No ring received in 1 month plus. Product no good. Was not what was ordered. Refuse refund still.

Do not order anything from this site , I didn’t get my order after three months and they told my bank that this order was delivered , no tracking number , no proof of delivery . I indicated fedex for shipping and I paid $25 for shipping .Wells Fargo couldn’t retrieve my money from them . Do not order anything here

“Not my ring”

I ordered a ring:and got a ring that looked nothing like it. When I asked for a refund they said it was a "custom product" and couldn't be refunded as it would be of no resale value to them. I thought thought initially that since I ordered with paypal that I would be covered under their buyer protection but no, they don't cover "custom" items. They offered to make the ring look more like the one pictured FOR AN EXTRA COST!! Avoid these people at all cost!

I ordered a ring from Just Tungsten (COI Jewelers), and then I had a concern about sizing, so I contacted them the next day, and I told them I wanted to cancel my order until I knew for sure what size I should get. They told me it was too late because it was already in production. I found that hard to believe because they had just emailed me and told me the ring would not be ready for almost 2 weeks. They said I could send the ring back to be resized if it didn't fit, but why send me the ring in the first place? I really liked the ring, but if I had known how poor their customer service was, and that they would be so unreasonable I would have never did business with them.

Please do not purchase from this website. Having been promised that my produce would arrive with 1 month, it took almost 2 months. I was offered no explanation as to where my product was. The only time I was offered an explanation is when I contact them. When the product finally arrived a month late, it was of poor quality. Please do not purchase from them.

My husband and i ordered our wedding bands. We received. It was absolutely not what they promised. And now they say we cant get a refund?! We can exchange but we have to pay 20% of the purchase price. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE. FOR YOUR OWN GOOD

Not an American company and item not as ordered. The size of ring delivered was not what was ordered and the company refused to accept they were wrong even when shown clear pictures of the difference in measurements. Do not buy from this company. Terrible customer service and quality

This company is NOT an American company. They ship from China and if you need to return an item you have to ship it back to china. Item magically lost on RMA return, no recourse for the company.

“Bad Product, even Worse Customer Service - STAY AWAY!”

First, the product was not delivered timely. It took almost 3 months. Second, the product shattered into pieces when it fell out of my hand and dropped onto ceramic tile. I contacted Customer Support, and they said "the ring is strong, not tough" which means while it doesn't scratch easy, it can shatter easy. They did not offer a refund. They only offered a small discount on replacement.

“worst ever”

I'Me and my wife to be order our rings 3 weeks ago and was promised to receive rings on the 11 of October my wife called only to a email in response to her phone call needless to say they have the worst customer service we have ever experienced in our life and we both work in retail. We both Are dis appointed with this company and would like to inform any body considering this company for your wedding bands (DON'T DO IT)they will no hold to their word and brush you off after they get there money as if you are a nobody .Also I really think that it is rude and disrespectful to ask the customer to pay for over night shipping if you as the company mess up on a customers order after all it is there fault that the order is messed up after not responding to our calls concerning our order (If any body with this company is reading this a simple phone call returning customer concerns about there order would be greatly appreciated.

“delayed shipping...terrible handling of situation”

I am writing this review to warn anyone else that is thinking of going with this company. I had purchased a ring for my wedding, and I was assured that it would ship to me in 5-7 business days. So, I purchased 2-3 day shipping to make sure that it got to me in time. On the 11th business day, I contacted them to see why it hadn't shipped (I was giving them some lee-way). They then told me that it would ship the following week. I said that was not acceptable. To make a long story short, many emails went back and forth with them ignoring the fact that I needed this ring immediately as they promised. After they ignored my desire to cancel the ring, I called my credit card and had the payment canceled after explaining the situation. I told them this, and they still shipped the ring...16 business days into the order. I rejected the shipment, but they kept sending harassing emails. They are an incompetent business that should either improve their service or go out of business.

“Awful, awful company”

I usually don't write reviews but people need to be aware of this company, their website looks great, really enticing for unfortunate victims who get suckered in like myself and seems others, Coi Jewelery aka tungsten jewelery or whatever other names they use needs to be shut down so I hope people read these reviews and don't order from this company. I usually don't listen to reviews myself but I sure wish I had this time. I was searching for an engagement ring for my partner and found one on their site that was perfect, ordered it, paid for it, went in to look at my order history and my order doesn't exist, fine, I wait and think it'll just take a day or so for it to show up on the website, look the next day and no order history to be found, alright look for a number to call and just make sure my order has been placed and there is a number but its an international number (frustrating but I give it a call) it's useless anyway, it goes straight to a voicemail, I don't leave voicemails as usually companies take forever to respond to them so I hang up and reach out to the email they provide, I write an email and get a response the next day from a "Jane G" that says my order has been placed and it will ship within the next week as they are custom ordered and it had to be made, also states I will receive an email when it has been shipped with a tracking number. I am okay with this answer, at least I know my order has been taken care of, the week goes by and I go back to the website to see if they have my history yet to check on its status and still nothing so I email this company again asking if my shipment has been sent. 24 hours goes by and I get a response, it's been shipped and will be there within 5-7 days, great, perfect, so I think. 7 days go by and no order, I give it another 5 days as I live in a rural area and figured it may just be taking some more time, still nothing, so back to the email I go as this is the only way to reach them and she gives me a tracking number and says go to Canada post and track it, alright, finally a tracking number, I go and type everything in to find out they shipped it to the wrong address, the address attached to my credit card NOT the address I provided for shipping. I email back and tell them they shipped it to the wrong address to fix it immediately and re send it as they did not ship to the address I provided, someone emails me back and says here's a screen shot of your address, I say thanks for that but that's my credit card address and here is the address I provided on a screen shot of your website that in my address book has the address I gave you as my shipping address. To no avail, she doesn't care, it's being shipped back to what I learn is Hong Kong (they are NOT an American company) I ask her when it gets returned if it can be sent priority as this is their fault for not listening to what the customer provided and she responds with this is my fault (great customer service) that they can only ship to what is attached to the credit card (since when?!) I've never had a problem with this before and not even an email or a phone call to just verify my address, they just ship it to where they felt like even though I stated my shipping address. She says for $20 they can express it when it gets back to their facility. I tell her I'm not paying anymore money to them as this was their mistake and her simple response basically was to deal with it until it gets back to Hong Kong (which they never admit that's where they are) and they will air mail it to the address I provided the first time. I get another email saying they phoned Canada post and got a parcel re route, they are liars, I phoned Canada post and they can't do that, so here I sit, with it on its way back to Hong Kong because they chose not to listen to the information I provided. I haven't received the ring yet and I'm expecting it to be garbage with the reviews I've read about their product. Save your time and your money, don't deal with this company, help get this company shut down. If I could give them a lower rating, I would, I won't even rate they have a good website as its all false.

“Terrible Quality, Awful Customer Service!”

We purchased my husband's wedding ring from justtungsten/ (also known as coijewelry/) After a few months, 1 of the diamonds fell out. We sent it back, waited several months and many follow up emails before they finally responded and sent a replacement. A few months later, a diamond fell out again. We sent it back, waited ages, received a replacement. A few months later ANOTHER diamond fell out AGAIN! We asked for a complete refund which they denied but agreed to send another replacement after sending the ring back for a 3rd time! The ring has now developed a large crack, only 14 months after the original purchase date and 3 faulty returns between then and now. We requested a full refund which they refused and now won't even replace unless we pay for an entire new ring! Claiming the ring has been "physically abused". My husband works in a dental clinic, there is no way that he would have hit the ring with enough force to cause a crack. NEVER purchase through them! :(

DON'T BE FOOLED BY THIS COMPANY!!! Firstly, they are NOT an American company, they are in Hong Kong. Secondly, their products are complete garbage! Yes, they look great on the website... Yes, they even look good when you receive them. But once you try and wear them, them fall apart!!! I bought a pre-engagement ring for my partner and when I received the ring, I was completely elated. It looked dynamite! Then I gave it to my partner for his birthday... Within three days the damn stone fell out and the size was wrong. I emailed customer service (because you won't ever get to talk to anyone via phone) and was told to send it back. I sent it registered mail... an additional $25. Over a month later and they were claiming they did not receive it. Finally, I explained its registered mail and they, in fact, DID receive it. Then I am told- Even after I bought the "lifetime insurance" (which is useless)- That I would have to pay an additional $25 for resizing even though it was a faulty ring in which the gem fell out. It was for my partner... He loved the design of the ring... So, I went ahead and paid the fee... Hoping and praying this wouldn't happen again. After numerous emails and SIX WEEKS LATER, we finally get the replacement ring. Same ring? Nope! Alas, it was a similar ring. My partner said he was fine with it... He just wanted to finally be able to wear it. Not even a week later... Guess what? The damn thing fell apart again and the finish (allegedly pure titanium) chipped away revealing some cheap metal. Of course I have emailed them and of course it is the same bogus responses... "send it back- we replace". Over the course of four moths... My partner was able to wear the ring for almost a week. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!

I ordered my ring, they sent me one that was not the design I paid for, cancelled the ordered and I have yet to recieve my money back, and it has been over a month. They babble on about how they refunded me my money and they emailed me some scan that showed the money got refunded, but my bank account has yet to get any money deposited. Never buy from these guys ever, you will regret it I promise

“Terrible....”

I ordered a ring for my fiancé's wedding band, which was more expensive than other I saw just like it. I thought this meant quality would be better. WRONG!!! I ordered a tungsten carbide ring with a single simple cross engraving. When I received the ring that was supposed to be in a "box", it was in a half sized minilla envelope in a ziplock baggy! PLUS the cross looked like a giant plus sign! Or the American Red Cross symbol... Definitely not what I ordered. PLUS it came from Hong Kong?!? The website says New York!! When I tried calling the number on my receipts, no answer, and no returns to my voicemails. I finally just sent it back after emailing the customer service telling them I would do so. I still have received no refund, on a ring for $119. Shoulda bought it elsewhere for $30 I guess.

“Promised shipment where are you?”

So, against all reviews we placed an order. Now we too can experience the good times. We ordered and there was no problem. We then received an email with a shipment date of 2 weeks into the future. Last week, I sent an email as that date had come and gone and was looking for an update. I received a response telling me how each ring is made with quality and takes time. If they know that why didn't they just give me a ship date that was actually accurate? So, here we sit well over a month into this and without the ring. Should have actually listened to the reviews.

I just got the shipmen! 2 months after the purchase and it is horrible. The gold on the tungsten looks like it was painted on by a child. The ring looks like something you would win as a prize in a box of popcorn. Now the return procedure begins....
