We used Apex Hog Roast for our daughters wedding - they did a fantastic wedding meal for the early reception at Caerphilly and then they did a hog raost for the evening reception, and in everything they did they were fantastic, very helpful and the food was fantastic. We looked at other companies but they did not have the ability to cater for exactly what we wanted. I would recomend their team wholeheartidly to anyone thinking of something similar.
