In office all day on a Sunday. Was there from opening and eventually drove away at 3 o'clock. Only had the car an hour and it broke down. Think it's been in the garage 10 times since I've had it since August and now something else has gone and under investigation.

they tell me they can give me the car i wanted for the price per week that i wanted to spend to get me down there when i got there they took all my paper work and key for my car i am px in and just leave us in the waiting room for a gd 2 hours then ask us if we can spend a bit more a week so we agreed to a bit more and they still could not give us the car we wanted the offer cars that dont match what we tell them we need the cars are over priced with out the apr i asked them how much the apr is over the phone they told me they where not 100% depends on how much i get when i got there it was just set at 49.9 apr for any car all the cars are locked away so u can not go and look round them until they take you round them and when i told them i did not want a car from there they went and got a manager to try push me into it i could not just walk away as they still had my paper work car key bank card they just push ppl into it if you ask me it makes you feel like you can not say no i will not use them or tell ppl to use them

I have bad credit and used theses was great they got me a car went from a old fiesta to a 57 Ford C-Max so happy days there. But the after sales is shocking they gave me the wrong logbook slip it was from a old logbook so I couldn't tax the car for over 24 hours. I then noticed the rear speakers don't work and the back seat lights so I called them up and they told me I would need to take the car to a garage in Bolton I'm from Hyde so it's a 30 mile ride. I've asked for money for the miles and they wouldn't do anything about it and I couldn't use my own garage not so happy at the moment but the car is a good car and is in sweet condition so everything is happy days there just the after sales is shocking with the price of the cars

I Purchased A Mercedes C320 from them On the 22/09/12 i got it home and the Springs was making a cricking sound and a Nocking sound it want back to manchester for reaper and than 6 months later the timeing bout Snap on it and now the springs are making the some nose has before and it is miss firing I Have Telephone them all the time but they don't want do know about my complaint all they do not call me back they customer service are rubbish so if you have got bad credit don,t go to them the are in Manchester

I recently purchased my 2nd car from concept as the service i received previously was good but after having my new car only 6 weeks it broke down and when I got it taken to a garage the warranty company would only pay a % towards the repairs which left us out of pocket and the whole reason we went was to get an affordable car. You dnt expect be out of pocket when the staff tell you oh you get a 6mths warranty ANY problems give them a ring and when you ask for help or you complain you get no help at all.
