Ok so I bought my wedding dress from florasdresses. When I ordered my dress I put in my personal measurements. I got a call wanting to confirm measures. Which I thought was nice. So my dress came in I was super nervous cause I didn't try it on or anything like it. Ya know. It came fit PERFECT! And was very nice material. I thought it might be cheap material or cheaply made or unravel! But it was so beautiful and we'll made. It turned out so nice that I my niece decided to try them out for her wedding and got a fantastic dress as well a beautiful gown fit to her body.

WE ORDERED THE DRESS IN JANUARY... COULDN'T GET AHOLD OF ANYONE BY EMAIL PHONE ETC.... WE CONTACTED PAYPAL WHO CONTACTED THEM AND THEY GOT RIGHT BACK TO US.... AT THIS TIME IT WAS END OF MARCH... GOT IT THE FIRST WEEK OF APRIL... THEY TOLD US THAT THEY WOULD REFUND US THE MONEY AND MY MOM WAS TOLD THEM NO WE JUST WANTED THE DRESS, WE EVEN CHANGED THE SIZE TO GET ONE BIGGER JUST IN CASE AND THEY DID THAT SHIPPED IT TO US. WHEN THE DRESS GOT HERE IS WAS EVERYTHING I EVER COULD HAVE IMAGINED... I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM BECAUSE IT IS SCARY WAITING TO HEAR BACK AND HOPE THAT YOUR DRESS REALLY IS COMING... BUT IT WORKED OUT FOR US!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I don't know why I did not check this company out prior to spending my money. I guess I was all wrapped up in the beautiful dress and the great prices. I was told it would take 20 days to make my dress, and 5-7 days for the shipping. Well as of today I could not get anyone to talk to me about my order. I did file a claim with Pay Pal and should get our money back in 11 days. When I then told them that I filed a claim, all of a sudden my dress was "almost done and that it had been shipped". Tell me how that is possible??!! So do your self a BIG favor, so get caught up like I did.

This company is absolutely horrible. I got the wrong color and wrong size dress. Tried to deal with these people but it is impossible. Money down the drain because you cannot get refunds, no matter what they tell you! One star is too much for these people.

Horrible experience. I ordered 2 dresses for my 2 bridesmaids and got one the wrong color. They did send me a new one and pretty quick, but again the wrong color! I had no time to reorder, so I had to go elsewhere with 2 weeks until my wedding. We ended up ordering from sears. I've sent numerous emails, tried chatting, and calling to get my money back with no response! Unless you've got a year to get it right and tons of patience, shop elsewhere!!

DO NOT PURCHASE LOCATED IN CHINA YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CONTACT THEM FOR ANY REASON. The only way to contact is web chat and as soon as you enter receipt number they will leave chat room. Dealing with paypal right now hopefully working on refund. Very, very poor service absolutely no communication.

If I could I would never give them even 1 star. It's a worst company I've ever seen. I was so silly to perchase a wedding dress from them. I've got my poor dress all molded and crumpled. It was simply impossible to wear it on wedding. When I saw it a barely cry. No one refunded me my money, and I have not dress nor money. Never never never use this site.
