Power Pro Lucas 27. LGT27SP

Had this trolley less than one month. I had aproblem from day one with the power control and the battery bag was the wrong one. I have to admit that Power Pro did replace these items but it took over a week to receive them. Then I had more problems with total loss of power when I increased the speed. Power Pro sent me a replacement switch which made no difference,I sent them a DVD of what was happening and they diagnosed the power switch and battery charger were faulty. They sent replacement items which made no difference again. I was unhappy about their expectation that I should carry out running repairs on a new product. They declined to replace the trolley with a new one and decided to refund my money. A lot of aggravation for nothing.
