Top service. Absolutely spot on. We travelled to Izmir and then on to Kusadasi. Icem Tour arranged the transfer from the airport and on the return journey. They kept in touch at the hotel and we received two phone calls checking and rechecking our return flight and taxi transfer. They also booked the hotel accomodation which was first class(Hotel Fantasia Kusadasi)

This holiday was booked online. Icem Tour answered all our questions promptly and were even concerned that the dates we had booked would mean that the room would not be available for several hours after our arrival. We had specifically booked it that way to have aditional time in the room at the end of the holiday.
