I ordered some personalised champagne for my parents anniversary. I ordered it on a Thursday in the hope it would arrive by the Monday at the latest, even though it says next day delivery before 2pm. I am still waiting for it a week later. I have had no confirmation email even though the money has been taken out of my account. I have rang them over 30 times on different occasions bt there is never any answer. I have emailed but still waiting for a reply. Be warned!

I recently attempted to purchase a time-sensitive gift for a wedding anniversary. I ordered two bottles and was assured of prompt delivery. In the event, one bottle arrived late, the second bottle never arrived. I emailed the company to find out why. The response came back "the lady packing the order didn't realise there should be 2 bottles". They offered me a refund or they could deliver the 2nd bottle. I asked them to redeliver. This was about 4 weeks ago and still nothing. I have emailed 3 times and tried to contact someone by phone several times. The product is not terrible, but their customer service is very poor. I am still trying to contact them to find out where my order is. Essentially I feel that not only did they destroy a great gift opportunity, they have also stolen my money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY CANNOT LIVE UP TO THEIR PROMISES>

I recently purchased a bottle of personalised Champagne from Grapevine (Berkshire) Ltd at www.grapevineltd.co.uk. I chose a template label from a big selection, and added my own message and even uploaded a photograph.

I ordered at 12 O'clock on Monday, and the bottle was delivered in a gorgeous wooden box at 3pm the next day! The presentation was fab, and I think the gift was real value for money, my sister was really pleased with it!

Would definitely recommend this site to anyone who is looking for something a bit different
