I strongly regret for buying from carmaworld.com....

Don't ever buy from carmaworld, I can tell this from my horrible online purchase at carmaworld.com. I was flatened by looking at the beautiful jewellery at their website and ordered worth of $155. I got the shipment promptly in a week. By the way, they ship from India.

When I opened the items, I was shocked to see their quality of items delivered. Suddenly I felt if I purchased the items from a dollar store (where you purchase items for a dollar). I feel, they are so cheap quality. It was hopeless and I would never imagine such cheap quality products be delivered for the pictures they advertise.

When I contacted them for the refund, I was asked to talk to Jaspreet, who deals with returns. She told me on the phone that she would talk to her higher management and get back to me. In the meantime, she asked me to send an email to [email protected] for a return. Later in few minutes, she replied the following.

"With regards to your mail, we would like to intimate you that as per Carma return policy it clearly states that item(s) sold under the sale will not be returned or exchanged.

All Carma World products are manufactured using traditional skills that emanate from the rich heritage of Indian crafts.The very nature of these crafts entails processes that are predominantly manual.Thus,any irregularities and variations that may occur are an inherent part of these handcrafting processes.

I am enclosing the Carma return policy for you to go through which clearly states that item(s) purchased under sale will not be refunded, exchanged for returned.

They advertise pretty good looking products; however they deliver so cheap products. I feel that it's a modern way of cheating (they show something very nice, but they deliver so cheap products)

Dont' fall into this trap. Stay away from this seller.....

If you still want to purchase, understand their return policy and get prepared to receive the least possible quality.
