I found this Online Counseling service extremely professional. I used their email counselling service and my counsellor was always understanding and supportive. They really helped me to deal with a very difficult time in my life. I would definitely use their service again. Personally, I find it much easier to talk about personal things by writing them down than I would face-to-face :) Be aware that it can be quite an intense form of therapy, but if you truly have an issue you want to deal with, or need support through difficult events, this is a good solution.
