What a staff and owners these Brides Delight people are, they pulled out all the stops and worked ceaselessly to obtain my daughter her perfect wedding dress. They gave her web site addressess so she could peruse at her leisure they telephoned her about manufacturers and dressess that came in the colour she wanted they recommended a dressmaker which came highly recommended and they even recommended a florist. Once my daughter made a decision on the dress they had her in again to try on a few more and low and behold she changed her mind on seeing one that was just put onto the model that morning. No sooner said the staff and owners had the dress off the model and onto my daughter, along with several tiaras. For me this was the one and the girls in the shop were oozing once they saw her in it. They even posted out a piece of material to enable her to choose her accessories. On Tuesday we once again had an appointment at the shop looking for a dress for her little daughter and after some chatting and discussion measuring etc. the dress was chosen and my grand-daughter felt so relaxed (she is normally shy) and once again a swatch of material was given to enable us to get accessories. These girls go far and beyond their call of duty and should be recommended and praised very highly indeed. Their service and manner is second to none. They at least make you feel they do care about you.
