I struggled to find a company who would replace my bathroom with a wet-room, and fit a new kitchen. I tried all the big names, but the prices they charged were too high, and there was no room for my own style to be catered to.

I happened upon CC Refurbishment quite by accident on the internet, and didn't hold out much hope. But I am incredibly glad I asked them to quote for the work.

I had a project manager, Madalina, who really listened to what I wanted, and who also offered me some suggestions for change to my original ideas, for which I am really grateful. She sourced all of the materials for the work on my flat, and found exactly what I wanted at really quite astonishingly low prices.

The actual workmanship was very impressive. The workmen showed huge respect for me, and my home. Not only did they ensure they properly protected existing fixtures and fittings, but my whole flat was given a really good clean when the work was finally finished.

Because of the scale of the work, there were one or two things that I wanted changed or improved during or after the work, and these were attended to immediately, and without any quibbles.

I now have a wetroom and kitchen which I love, and which function perfectly. They both reflect my own personal style in a way I know I couldn't have achieved with a big-name company. My wetroom especially is commented on admiringly by everyone who sees it - both because it looks so great, and because the workmanship is of such a high standard.

I have no hesitation in recommending CC Refurbishment Studio to anyone looking for large or small scale work on their home.

We tried very hard to find a reputable builder but no one wanted the job who was Masterbonded to concert an extension into a kitchen, put in a toilet downstairs, plaster around the house, put in wooden doors and make a study. The company appeared good - talked the talk, even had a "project Manager". CC Refurbishment Studio Ltd started off good. They were fine at ripping out things and doing big structual work. The problems started when the smaller cosmetic jobs were performed - doors unlevel with floor and the frames, skirting that doesn't fit together properly, plasterers who didn't bother to put back any electrical fittings or the blinds which then got damaged and dirty being on the floor uncovered for so long. they even damaged our one year old starircase because they couldn't be bothered to protect it. They fitted windows without making any sills for the sashes. We are still waiting for the job to finish. It started on the 14 April 2009 and it is now September 15th 2009. there are always good reasons for the job not being finished such as illnesses, but they continue to work on other projects.
