Spoke to an advisor on the phone. All sounded like a good idea, however I read the reviews and decided not to go ahead with the plan. Had paperwork sent through but didnt sign or return and told them that i didnt wish to go ahead. Theyve since taken £70 out of my account even though I havent used their services. Avoid this company at all cost!

Really helped me, It's got to the point we have a mutual understanding, I just send any letters I get straight onto them, they check then out and sort it out :), making awesome progress on my debts after they froze all interest and charges. The beginning was tough, having the collections dpt contact me 24/7, but glad I stuck in there, very happy :D wouldn't have been able to mske half the progress I have without them, not worrying now shen the phone rings or a letter comes through the door, can actuallt sleep at night !

Been with them just under a year not had any probs banks leaving me alone never hear from them anymore. All my interest stopped and my accounts bein paid off quick would def recommend never had any issues with debt corrrct amd theyre always free to give me advice i need

If you get into debt, don't what ever you do use this company, or it's sister company 1st Claims Management, both run by the same person.they feed you with lies of what the can do, and you end up paying 3 times as much as you owe.when you tell them months in advance you don't want to deal with them any more, they still say you owe them money. they even threaten with bailiffs, from guess where the same building, probably the same people.

All I can say is watch out for them on Rouge Traders & Watchdog. and the financial ombudsman.

They'll be at the top of the list.

Debt correct. This company is a joke. Rang me out of the blue. Made it sound like a wonderful option to help reduce our monthly out goings. Had the paper work, read it, decided no it wasn't for me. Sent a letter saying I did not want to go ahead with the plan. Then 3 days before Christmas they took over £200. From my account leaving me short over Christmas. I tried to ring but the office was closed but they had an answer phone message with an "emergency" email address. Took days to reply, then had the cheek to say they didn't receive my letter in time which is a lie as I posted it the day after I received the welcome pack. Then to top it off they have gone and taken another payment. Meaning I'm paying my creditors and this terrible company are taking money also even though they don't have any of my creditors details!! So I'm paying out twice! I will be making a complaint to the business ombudsman, the FCA and the OFC this company really needs looking into. Please don't be fooled by them. AVOID!

Not sure of the issues other people are having but I've found Debt Correct very helpful and don't think i'd be where i am today without them, i was told about everything at the start and read through everything no probs there then got the plan underway. Had a few letters at the start but nothing that couldn't be sorted with a quick call now I don't hear frm any of my banks etc and just pay the monthly payment and they take care of the rest. Couldn't ask for any more really! V happy would recommend

This company took £200 out of my account even when iv never signed an agreement. I phoned to complain and all i got told that i had entered a verbal agreement. I find this very hard as to how a company can do this. I am writing a letter of complaint as i would like to find out what has happened to my money. Please dont give this company details over the phone as they put it across they there to help. They just there to take ur money.

I would urge people not to use this company, I had a random phone call from this company and they were very pushy , I told them I would research there company before committing to anything, as I didnotneed there help nor did I ask for it, I did not continue with the process, nor did I sign any documents to agree to let them take any money out of my account, but they have taken £100 from me and are now refusing to return my money, I am now in the process of starting legal proceedings, as my bank have said this is an unlawful action. I would strongly advise anyone who is thinking about using these people NOT TOO. They have stolen money from me, don't let it happen to you!

I am terminally ill and just couldn't cope with trying to cope with struggling to sort out our payments some of which was reduced it was still only leaving us with such a small amount to live on.

Food like steak or a Sunday joint was scarce and new clothes were out of the question what I referred to as a pipe dream I was however thinking about suicide I couldn't see any other way out.

I had a very dear friend who took her own life for the same reason then one day out of the blue I got a text from debt correct and the rest you can say is history however I will say I now remember what a good nights sleep feels like again.

I had a phone call out of the blue asking me if i wanted to put all my debts together i signed up signed the paper work, after a few days of signing i realised it was one big scam. They didn't tell me that the first two payments were going to be an admin fee, this was hidden from me. I phoned them up well before my cooling off period and told the not to take any money and told them to cancel the agreement. Debt correct took out £75 despite me telling them not to take anything off me so i disputed the payment with Barclays and they charged it back, debt correct produced the paperwork that i signed and said they were entitled to the money and it was sent back to them by Barclays. Debt correct have got no integrity whatsoever and do not care who they rip off.
