I ordered a portable hard drive from firefly and recieved confirmation emails etc. 2 weeks later the product had not arrived so i phoned firefly to be told the item was no longer in stock and no replacement stock was due in. I should not have to chase the company to be told this. The lady on the phone was helpful and offered to change the order to another product but i chose to cancel.
