My Mercedes Has Been In Rycroft 3 Times For The Sa
My Mercedes has been in Rycroft 3 times for the same fault and still no phone call! When I called to find out why after a 3rd time of having my car it had not been fixed the service manager said they had forgotten to order the part! I have now found a new Mercedes service centre! They are also half of the price for Labour and parts than the dealership!
