I am very grateful to Coolshop - they save my daughter's Christmas day. I ordered a Testra toy from them and they delivered. You may need to allow some extra days for delivery, but considering the time of year this is to be expected. All delivery services were maxed out with the number of online orders this year. After reading the reviews on this site I was worried and I placed an additional order with a well know online Book company. A week later they came back saying my order was cancelled ! I was glad of Coolshop I can tell you - there was no way I could have got the product on time and there would have been lots of tears on Christmas morning. In short, from my experience Coolshop are a company to recommend. At least their inventory is correct and they deliver. They are probably not for those on extremely tight deadlines or in a mad hurry, but if you have an extra few days they are well worth a look.

Was struggling to find a particular childrens Nintendo DS game and of the few places that had the game in stock, this was the cheapest.
I ordered the game very late on the Tues (along with others from other sites) and this one was with me by the Thursday morning. Its probably one of the quickest and most hassle free deliveries I have ever had and at a good price aswell. I would have no hesitation in using this company again.

Much cheaper than other websites and much quicker delivery as well (both of my orders have arrived within 2 days, with free postage). I've heard of some people having problems, but their live chat service lets you instantly contact and co-operate an employee to rectify anything. I was wary of this website at first, but now it is my first port of call for games.

On consoles, you'll save a few quid, but with PC Games, you'll save anything up to £10 (my copy of Modern Warfare 2 for PC was £10 cheaper than at stores), and get money off on future purchases with the points system - it's utterly brilliant. My only minor criticism is that the website has a slightly uninviting interface, but do not let this deter you from a great service.

I like coolshop because its usually got the best price for ps3 games in the market. Also delivery is good, because it usually comes in 2-3 day time to me. I did use the customer service at one point ue to card issues, but the matter was reslolved quickly and efficiently. Overall great site, better than amazon in terms of customer service
