I ordered LA Muscle Norateen Extreme on 14/10/15 received an email on the 15th stating they are out of stock and would I like a refund which I replied yes on the 16th, 19th and 20th just contacted PHD and was told the refund will be rush through, after asking why it has taken so long Adam from customer services stated they had a lot of returns to process which says a lot about this company...I will wait and see how much of a rush they are in to give me my money back.

AVOID!!! Received 2 large tubs or protein powder, expiry in 2 months, clearly old stock. I called around and nobody sells stock that expires in less than 6 months, usually 1 year+ As I cannot use it within that time I asked for a free return for a full refund (order value >£50). They picked up the phone and advised: "Our stock has an expiry date of 2-3 years, that's for popular items. There's no such thing as free return. You can still use this product 2 years after it expired." Short - you want old stock and get treated like a piece of rubbish by this company send them your money. I'd rather send them their old stuff back! Never again, you scumbags.

Wrong weights sent via next day delivery, received Olympic instead of standard 1" holes. Contacted Phd. Told me to SEND PHOTOS, as proof and email back so they 'could look into it' and get back to me. 3 hours later, no reply so phoned back. Guy dealing with it was 'sorting another problem out' so hadn't 'looked into it'. So problem repeated. No email after another 3 hours. Told won't replace the weights UNTIL THEY GET THE OLD WEIGHTS BACK because apparently some customers aren't at home when the van arrives. Also told I would get an email following day when to expect the van. No email sent, so phoned again. Told the van was due between 2-3pm and the driver would contact PHD, and the new weights sent immediately, to DEFINITELY arrive the following day. Driver arrived, but had no instructions to contact PHD so I called again. Now told that they will send the weights but can't promise the next day delivery that I paid for. Absolutely horrendous customer service, lie after lie. Clueless.

I ordered an exercise bench (which was supposed to be in stock) from PhD Fitness and paid for it in full. For 2 months, I received no bench and no update on what was going on. I e-mailed PhD Fitness numerous times to enquire about my bench. My enquiries either received no reply at all, or, every once in a while, received a brief reply saying they were still waiting for a delivery from the manufacturer. After 2 months, I advised them either to deliver or I would buy the item from another supplier and seek reimbursement from them. I received conflicting responses from 2 staff members (at least, I think they are two staff members, because one e-mail came from PhD Fitness and the other from "Monster Supplements") — one claiming that they were still waiting for a delivery from the manufacturer, the other claiming that they had issued me a refund several weeks earlier. The latter statement is untrue, I have never received any refund to this day. I ended up having to buy an equivalent item from another supplier (I was unable to procure the item at the originally paid price anywhere). I have received neither the bench nor any money back from PhD Fitness. I searched the Companies House and there is no company named PhD Fitness registered there. I am not sure if this is a genuine company (certainly there is no such company as PhD Fitness) or a fraudulent trader, but in any event, I would advise caution when dealing with them.

I've been sent supplements that are out of date. On questioning this I was told "even a year after something goes out of date it's ok to take". That's a hell of a statement. Only after pushing the issue was I given the option of sending it back at my 'own expense', or being given a 10% off my next order. Disgraceful customer service.
