Bought four tickets for FA-cup semifinal 14th april at Wembley stadium. Easy to navigate on the site. Excellent confirmation both by e-mail and by phone. Place and date of delievery was dicussed and the agency kept all their promises. Good seats, maybe a little to near the pitch to be excellent. But what the heck, I got an experience worth all the money. I will certaily buy from tickets4football.com again. Thank you!

I bought ticket for Liverpool vs Arsenal match via www.ticket4football.com, they say that the ticket will arrive at 1st of March. That day, the ticket have not arrived yet. Then I called them and I had to make several complicated calls, the man on the phone said that he will give me the ticket in Liverpool's train station. I thought he will never show up, but he was there. I got the ticket, the view from the seat was perfect (6th row from the front) The only thing why I did not give 5 stars rate is because the prize was very expensive. But for me, it was worthy. Good luck for you guys if you are looking for football match ticket.

I bought a ticket from www.ticket4football.com Initially, I was a little worried about buying tickets from a website such as this as there are horror stories all over the internet about companies being false or tickets not turning up. I did a lot of research on this reseller and eventually decided to take the plunge and ordered tickets in the away end for Chelsea V Liverpool in the Carling Cup. I received an e-mail straight away confirming my registration, another confirming the order and a further e-mail confirming that payment had been taken. I then received another e-mail notifying me that the ticket had been despatched including a reference number. This was the Royal Mail tracking number which, when checked, told me that the ticket would be delivered the next working day. The next day the ticket arrived and like Cinderella, I did go to the ball! No problems whatsoever with the service or the communication, and the ticket was exactly as advertised. The only downside is the price. The ticket will always be highly priced as someone out there is looking to make money, but the service charge (the re-sellers agent fee if you like) was 15%. There was then an IVA tax of 18% to pay. Additionaly there was a £10 deleivery charge, when the delivery only cost just over £5. This all mounts up. That said, the price is set out before you press 'Confirm' and it is up to you as a buyer to choose what you will pay. If it's too much, don't pay it! In my case, I paid it and was really pleased.

I was a bit worried but everything worked out. The tickets were delivered to the Hotels desk day before the game. I had wanted to see a big premier league match for a long time and it was truly unbelievable experience at Standford Bridge. On the top of it we saw 8 goals!! If only Chelsea would have won the game...

got the tickets i ordered no problems at all, was able to track them as i was e-mailed a royal mail tracker number, however one thing i will mention is that the tickets were for club wembley seats. The seller said they had a face value of £229 but when the ticket arrived it had a face value of £109. I rang ticket4football.com who explained that the seller was a club wembley member and therefore able to buy at a discount i.e £109 and that if available to general public it would have been £229, not sure how true this is !!! but like I say I got the ticket I was expecting but feel I may have been misled somewhat. Can the general public even buy club wembley seats ????

ticket4football.com . Was looking for Liverpool West Brom tickets as I managed to get a weekend off work at the last minute. A friend who used the site a few times in the past few years recommended www.ticket4football.com. It was only 2 days before the game so I was a bit worried when i would get the tickets. I gave them a phone on the number shown on the site - I normally hate doing this as I'm usually put on hold with this type of thing and kept waiting. The phone must have been ringing about 5 seconds! The helpful guy on the phone explained they operate a courier system so the ticket seller would arrange a next day delivery. The other good thing is the person selling the ticket wouldn't get paid until about a week after the match - so if i didnt get the tickets he would not be paid and ticket4football would refund me. I thought thatwas great, as there would be no point in anyone trying it on. Anyway, I paid on the site and the tickets arrived before 2 the next day. I could spend the rest of the night relaxing with 2 tickets tucked safely in my wallet......and Liverpool won!
