Just received my T-shirt Lacoste size L and it fits me perfectly. Both price and customer service was very good.

Great company had a bit of a problem but never the customer service was brilliant the adviser was on hand to answer my questions with my problems, thanks allot

I made my first order with Fallen Hero a month ago,where I ordered quite a few various items. After trying these on I found 3 items needed returning. I returned these with the free post number and address given. After a week I received an email saying my items had been checked and a return payment had been made to my PayPal account and would show within 5 to 7 days. 3 weeks on I have been informed by PayPal that the funds did not clear their account and I will have to contact Fallen Hero to arrange a different payment option to receive my funds. I am still waiting a reply from fallen hero..absolute shocking customer service.

Would not even give it a star but was mandatory !

Have sent a few emails now regarding if parcel has been shipped too no reply the number on there site rings out! But quick enough with taking the cash defo wont be using again if parcel does even arrive! Had no tracking number ithere for parcel last day of waiting before going about getting my money bad which is probaly going to be a hassle ! Avoid

My order cancelled without any explanation and still waiting for my refund! They dont even reply to my emails!! One of the WORST customer service I've ever had!

I purchased a Item what cost £80 from this company which didnt fit so i sent it back which cost me £8.95 then days days later I received the jacket back with a letter saying that the jacket didnt have its tag on, but when I first received it the tags were already off and just in the bag and they also said the garment smelt stongly of tobacco which is total nonsense and just an excuse as all I did was try it on and then I packed it and sent it back.so when I received the jacket back I phoned them to complain and they didnt want to know, so I rang trading standards who told me it hwas basically a joke and to email or write to them again which they give me some information into what to write, so I emailed them all this and they wrote back saying they would get a director to contact me but I am still waiting,Ive sent several emails since and every time I send one I get an email back stating theres a sale which I think there having a laugh at my expense.so Me personally wont be buying anything else from this joke of a company.

First time I have used the fallen heros website. But placed an order and was received within 2 days items all correct. Will be using them again :-)

I made my first order on Saturday and I received it on Wednesday!a week ago I've made the second order for 280USD and I'm still waiting, they took money but I've received even email that my order has been shipped!I wrote 2 messages to their customer service on Wednesday and Thursday and nobody answered!They don't ship my order and don't want to give my money back!

They were extremely fast in shipping my items and very quick to respond to emails. There site was very functional and a pleasure to browse. I will definitely do more business with them in the future.

I placed an order on 2/15 and my credit card charged over $300 for this order. They sent me an email asking my photo ID. I asked why they answered it with a nonsense reply, stating that they need to see my photo ID (which has my signature and home address on it, and I don't know who will use this information. I checked my creidt card statement that they charged the money on the 2/16 and they were shipping a billing address. I purchased a lot from Europe and this is the first time I am having problems. I never use their site again and I hope they will change their policy about the ID...!
