We purchased the Zanussi ZUQ 875 built-under double-oven as part of a new kitchen installation in Spring 2008, it was connected and in use about a month later and was filthy very soon afterwards. It is easy to clean but easier to get dirty - the top oven/grill seems to smoke every time it is used at whatever temperature, to the point where I thought I had left some protective coating in there! <br/>I have the same oven, and am moderately happy except for the dripping brown goo bit, and a problem when using both ovens where they cut out as if overheated.
<br/>Also, after 2 years the clock/timer started clicking, flickering and buzzing.
<br/>CD have helped me in a battle with the supplier (Sainsbury's - never buy anything from this company). Not resolved yet but CD said I am protected as a consumer for 6 years for an appliance "fit for purpose". I shall still keep at it.

couldn't agree with you more
moved into new property with this oven. tried it for a few months. i can honestly say this is the worst oven i have ever used
it is coming out and going on the tip, best place for it
