Do not book a holiday with with Lowcostholidays.com who use private airport transfer service, they have the worst customer service that I have ever come across. They took more money from my credit card that the cost of the holiday and it has taken me 10 weeks to get a refund and this is only because ABTA have got involved. It is virtualy impossible to contact them by telephone you will be kept waiting in a queue on a premium rate line and your emails to their customer service dept will be ignored.
