Local Home Improvement Company

All work (11 windows, 3 doors, full facsias & guttering, 1 french door & 2 flat roofs) completed in one week by local home improvement company. They actually stayed quite late on the friday afternoon (to get paid so it seems)and finish the job. The problem now is that as summer is here and windows need to opened for airing rooms, some of the window hardware is starting to become faulty (or just simply not working). Many phone calls to both the sales and fitting staff have still yet to result in a promised return call. Very good sales pitch with the promise of good all-round service ~ not so forthcoming with their promises though unfortunately. At the time of the completion of the job, just before christmas 2008, I would gladly (and did so) recommend The LHI Company. Now I hope none of the people I told about them went ahead with getting any work done, as I would feel a fool should they have had the same experience that I have. The job was completed only 8 months ago.
