Ok, I had 12 rooms on hold for partyhotel.com, thinking it seemed like a good idea,

I then realised I had made a mistake, they book per person, not room, thats when I realised they are more expensive then booking through the hotel itself, £15 a room more!, thats worked out as £196 more total booking!!!

realising my mistake and knowing my friends wouldnt be able to pay the extra, I had to cancel,

he was just holding the rooms,I had not confirmed my booking,and paid a £20 deposit holding fee,...and was 6 months..6 Months!!!!before the booking in date ,I appoligised that I had made a mistake... and had to cancel.

Well,... he spat his dummy out!!!...was very rude to me!, calling me basically stupid, I wasted his time,I caused a lot of trouble, upset his staff!!!

I did niether of this, I was just someone who had made a mistake, and had to cancel...he ended up shouting at me, being very rude!!!

I tried my best to say sorry,He just wouldnt listen to me! i had no choice but to just put the phone down on him, as his abuse was really upsetting me.

I had never been spoken to like that before, surly he had already had bookings cancelled on him, I cant have been the first. so basically, I would not reccomend this company, they are more expensive then the hotels and other booking agents, and beware if you need to cancel...be ready for a very unproffesional rant,get accused of wasting his time, and causing a lot of trouble to him, and being shouted at and abused down the phone!!I was shocked at how unproffesional he was,he needs to take being let down like a man, be polite, and not be rude to his customers...

Booked through Partyhotels.co.uk for a stag weekend in Blackpool and have to say we had a really good weekend. The hotel, although was basic, was friendly and offered everything we wanted.

When I booked the staff seemed helpful and was told we would receive vouchers for free entry for the clubs/bars (even including the Syndicate!) which was a bonus!!

Within a day of booking we received the confirmation letter and the vouchers as promised.

All in all a good experience and would book again in the future.

I booked a stag weekend for my fella through Party Hotels and they said as we booked through them we would receive vouchers on arrivial and be put on a guest list. when the men turned up there was nothing. rang the office and the employee said he would drop them round. sat morning still nothing, phoned again and the women said she cant do it because the mangaer is not there. phonned again this morning and in there is nothing the manager can do. so paid an extra £70 booking fee and didnt get anything in return
