I called Bambinodirect yesterday to enquire about ordering the Jane Trider Matrix Travel System in Graphite which I was keen to do as soon as possible. I called and spoke to [name removed] who was extremely helpful from the start informing me that the Travel system was in stock and that if I produced some evidence they would price match. Having spoken to a few companies, who weren't as helpful as yourselves I emailed [name removed] telling her that I could get 15% of Mothercare but that I would rather order from Bambinodirect and if they could offer me 10% off I would order there and then. [name removed] came back to me straight away and said that you could offer me the extra 10% as requested and she would call me back to place the order. She did this promptly and was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I have since emailed her thanking her for her time and how much I appreciared the help when making such a large and important purchase. I just can't wait to receive it now and look forward even more to using it for our first baby!! I am a very happy customer and will certainly look to Bambinodirect firstly when making any further baby purchases.. which I will be doing very soon!! I also will not hesitate to recommend to any of my friends. Thanks again for all your help.

I had brought a pushchair from bambino direct in Oct 2012 and at the beginning of jan there was a fault with it. I hadn't had it long so phoned them up to see what could be done. They came and collected it (free of charge) and had to send it to the manufacturers to replace a part it took a few weeks but throughout that time they kept in touch via emessage. Once they had received it back from the manufacturers they sent it straight back to me ( again free if charge) . I got my much loved pram back yesterday and am really happy. It hasn't cost me anything to be fixed as still under warranty and I'm really happy with the service. Would definatly recommend to use this company!

We have just had our first baby and among the excitement I had to organised everything for when the baby came. One if the first things i searched for was a Baby Cot, and wow so many different sites offering the same item. I didn't realise this baby stuff was such a big business (well I should of but never crossed my mind until now) Bambino Direct came up on a Google Seller rating as 5 star so I checked them out. They had a a great website which made it easy to explore I ordered a few items from here all came within the same week of ordering! We will defiantly use them again in the future.

We saw an offer on line for re-usable nappies which turned out to be incorrect. When we tried to process the order the discounts were not removed, we phone the customer services number, they were very helpful and in the end they honoured the offer savig us money. The items we've ordered are out of stock but i have had regular emails updating me with the expected delivery date. We've ordered from Bambino Direct several times and have never had any problems with them. Highly recommended.

Service was great, and when I called they were really helpful. Order arrived next day and product (I ordered a bedding set for my daughters Cot) was lovely.

We purchased this car seat for our baby boy who'd just turned 1 when we bought it and he loves it! We looked at lots of car seats before deciding on this one as I have minor back problems and we thought that as it turns it would be easier for me to get baby in and out of the car and it is! An added bonus is that he thinks it's a game when I've got him in the car seat and I tell him I'm going to swivel him round. Really, really happy with all features on car seat and we've just travelled a long way with baby in it and he was as happy as Larry!

the travel system overall very good excellent car seat and carrycot, however the carrycot on the puschair makes it very big and bulky, not the most attractive pushchair with carrycot on as the actual pushchair seat does not remove from underneath it. the bag was handy however not anywhere near big enough for what needed to be put in it. overall on a tight budget the travel system was excellent value for money.

The Bambino Mio reusable nappies and nappy covers are excellent. Used them successfully with first grandchild. Original supply still going strong but had to buy more when twins arrived! The different sizes have worked well with first grandchild from birth to being dry. Would recomend to anyone wanting to use reusable nappies.
