Booked with this holiday company just after my Goldtrail holiday was cancelled as they went bust. I was a bit wary at first booking with this company for the first time when other smaller companies have been going bankrupt left, right and centre. I must say, I should not have worried one bit. The price beat the likes of Thomson and Holidays for you by a good few hundred pounds, good start. Upon my arrival to Bodrum Airport, we were greeted by our resort rep Stuart from the moment we stepped out of the airport, during the transfer to Altinkum and in the hotel the following day. He was a really nice chap who couldnt have done more to make our holiday run smoothly. I have been on many package holidays before and most of the time the reps seem as if they just dont care. Not the case with this man. The hotel was lovely also, Palm Wings in Altinkum. I would thoroughly recommend booking through this company.

First trip to Turkey with this company their prices are very competitive.We booked a 5 star AI package with them and were extremely satisfied with the service we recieved.I had difficulty booking on line so rang the number given they were very helpful.We were a little wary as you only have 1 A4 sheet of paper for your flights,hotel and transfers .We had a fantastic holiday which went without a hitch.We have recommended this company and a few of our friends will be travelling through them this summer.

When is a holiday date not a holiday date?

Spent hours searching for Cheap AI 4*hols to Turkey. This site offered a £70+ reduction if traveling 21/8 onwards. Completed booking. Checked printout and their system hadn't flagged up that it'd booked me for the 20th (dearer price). Rang them to discover they don't fly on the 21st! Also that if I didn't notice it had booked the 20th then that was my problem. Thanks! Double checked their available dates and until practically the end of August their system shifts every booking to the 20th, at the higher rate. Unimpressed with that deception and won't use Sunwing Holidays again.
