Never deliver Rude give so many excuses this company is useing myhermes to delivery that has 96 percent bad delivery feedback parcel lost then was on way then was returned to sender do not be fooled I have orderd 3x cups with personal photos on of my children and show no remorse about my personal gift claimed money back off my bank now on undeliverd claim stay away from this site and go direct to a trusted company thats not so rude unprofessional who try delaying it all with emails and get you do all running about with my Hermes 5 days and still same excuses stay away and order from someone who uses a known delivery company and cares about keeping custom thanks and I will leave this review on every site I find to make sure this doesn't happen to someone else's personalised gifts has photos of my 1 2 3 years old on now who has them prinster cannot tel me nothing but lies stay clear be warned don't fall for false reviews

The mug was ordered to give to a friend for Christmas but the quality of the printing is dismal and I can certainly not give this to her. The writing on the back is very small and seriously and looks very amateurish. Unfortunately I have ordered another three mugs from you and I am worried that I will not be able to use those either. Perhaps you could refund my money and collect the mug. Very disappointing indeed and not as it looked on your website.

Ordered phone sleeve expected complete case with wording including "keep texting "which did not clearly state was not on sleeve unless asked for even though it was clearly shown on picture. Raised issue with them but no verbal attempt made to resolve issue .Don't think I would use company again.

Your new packaging is very poor 7 beakers ordered 1smashed 1 chipped 1 broken handle Paid 11.99 express delivery for today Now will not get till Next Tuesday !!! Disappointed to say the least

I had previously had some picture mugs from prinster and I was very happy with them. So I decided to have two panoramic mugs made. After trying several different designs I was told they were unsuitable for the panoramic process. I sent off my original design I had printed and asked them not to do panoramic mugs, but to do two normal ones and send me a refund or credit note for the difference. Prinster sent me mugs with two tiny pictures on them. When I complained, I was continually fobbed off, even told a Director would deal with my concern. I'm still waiting. I have no choice now but to contact trading standards. This firm has obviously no concern for their customers, has no concept of customer satisfaction. There are lots of other firms doing this type of printing. I wish I'd have gone to them instead.

Mugs were great although took 4 days to dispatch - not the 2 suggested. When they arrived the Kelly beans were missing from each mug and there was no time for me to receive these before giving out as gifts. Refund for jelly beans was given when I contacted them.

Be warned! I ordered a personalised mug but when it turned up the colours were faded and definitely did not match the photo I uploaded. After contacting Prinster, they said it was a close as they could get and offered to print an alternative image. I explained that I had no need for a different mug and wanted a refund. They then pointed me to their T&C's and said they did not offer refunds if the colours did not match!!! Really? I am looking at the supply and sales of good act as it states products must be of satisfactory quality.

Having ordered six personalised masks for a hen party and paying extra for a quick delivery, one of the masks was delivered without any elastic attached. When calling to ask for a replacement I was told that they cannot get it to me by 12 noon tomorrow (either the mask or just the elastic), they won't refund the faulty item, nor will they refund the additional shipping cost I paid for. I was given the suggestion to try and fix the item myself!! The item is not fit for purpose. It will cost me time and money to go and source the elastic to fit this myself and it will not look as good without the clips, I'll have to cut holes in the mask which won't be reinforced. Surely this is against trading standards? Royal Mail offers a 'before 12 noon' service. Printster should have taken responsibility for their error and paid the error to rectify it. Clearly the quality procedure is not in place to check items before they are mailed.

I wanted personalised masks but none of my photos were good enough that took 3 days of going backwards and forwards as my emails were never replied to until the next day. I cancelled that order and replaced it with some celeb masks. Which still have not arrived after one week. There heading says "we aim to deliver in 48 hours". Don't hold your breath. My delivery will be sent back when it finally gets here as the occassion has now passed.

I placed an order and also extra for express delivery, I sent a photograph as requested with a clear image. After 5 days I checked the status of the order to find that there was an "error with image" 3 days previous. There was no contact from prinster, no explanation, and no request for a different image. This was a time critical order and I am very very disappointed

I was disappointed with the photo image on the mug because it made my young daughter look like she had a red beard. You need to be careful when selecting a photo that might have different light conditions because these are accentuated on the mug.

I have been waiting 2 weeks now for my order, I called customer services to ask where my order is and checked the delevery address. the customer services agent informed me hat they have no idea where my order is and when I asked to check my address they read back a mixture of my billing address and delivery address saying that it was my fault that the address was wrong. (bad customer service) I then said the items are missing can you send a replacement and I was told no. surley in the twenty first centry prinsters website shpuld check addresses before sending goods to knowwhere?? I am very unsatisfied with printster. fingers crossed I get my item this year...!

I ordered personalised party masks with a photo of my dad for his birthday party. What a terrible disappointment they were.The photo I used was of good quality & good colour but when the masks arrived they were blurred & the colour of his face was very light making him look anemic, needless to say we couldnt use them. What a complete waste of money! Will never use this site again! Very unhappy customer.

DO NOT BUY FROM PRINTSTER!! The service is absolutely shocking! They say dispatched within 48 hours but it took them over 4 days just to dispatch the item and even longer to deliver. Completely messed up my plans and when I asked for an explanation they failed to give me any justifiable reason and were not willing to improve customer relations either. When I questioned them about why it says 48 hours on their website if they cannot do this they had no answer other than it is no guarantee. This is FALSE advertisement and as a customer I felt extremely let down. I strongly suggest you stay away from this website - you'll only get disappointment.

Ordered a photo mug for my niece to give her mum for christmas, when it arrived you couldnt even see the childrens faces on the photo the quality was that bad, sent an email to rectify this and they wont do anything about it. They said as they sent a preview pic(which was not the same quality as received on the mug)they would not do anything about it.

When I ordered a collection of personalised face masks from printster, I expected a much higher quality item than I recieved. the masks turned out to be poorly printed with lots of glare and you couldn't make out who the photo's were! When I phoned and asked to speak to the manager they refused!! and as the item was personalised they refused to give me my money back!! I have to say this is one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with and am advising everyone not to use them!

Submitted a photograph with a small amount of glare but once the photo was blown up into a full size face mask, the person was hardly recognisable. Come on Printster. Ever heard of Photoshop to improve the quality of your service. I think I could have done a better job with my PC, Photoshop & a laminator. Also the poor review I left on their website wasn't published
