Where to start with 118Golf.... First off the site is easy to navigate with plenty of items and the value on most items is very good. The bag I purchased was around the same price as every other seller but the Hybrid club was around 15% cheaper and some 4 weeks later is still cheaper (I noticed American Golf offering almost the same deal this morning but only when buying 2 or more clubs). This unfortunately is where the good things about 118Golf end. Both items were listed as in stock when I bought them and was assuming that they would be dispatched immediately. After waiting for 5 days and my order still showing as "processing" on the site I decided to email them to find out what the situation was. After 2 days and still no reply I mailed again. Eventually after a further 36 hours I finally got two mails back. The first said that the item was currently out of stock and would be dispatched as soon as it arrived with them or I could be offered a full refund. The second apologised for the delay but assured me that my items would be sent to the delivery service later that day... This left me somewhat confused and angry since I was obviously being lied to so I decided that as I regularly work where their offices are based in Camberley I would pay them a visit in person to work out what was going on. I visited them several days later where they confirmed that my item was out of stock but would be dispatched once it had arrived (delivery was due Monday but it was a bank holiday so was delayed till Tuesday). I left their offices letting them know I would be back soon if my items hadnt arrived. As promised on the Tuesday I received a call from 118Golf to confirm my order had arrived and was about to be given to Fedex to deliver to my address. I was expecting that given the delay 118Golf would have expressed them to me the following day as a way to make up for the shoddy service I had gotten up to that point but unfortunately I still had to wait for another week (and miss another round) until my items arrived. That said when the items did arrive they were exactly as I had ordered and I am currently very happy with them. In conclusion, I think that the people at 118Golf have some serious issues that reflect very poorly on them. Great prices are not that important if the items arrive late if at all. Maybe if they had offered me some kind of discount from my next order I would have considered using them again but that never happened so I doubt I will bother. You can read all the other reviews here, Use these guys at your own risk. I certainly wouldnt expect items to arrive within the delivery timeframe they give. However if you live near to Camberley in Surrey you can always do as I did and pay them a visit in person to move things along!

I placed an order with 118golf.co.uk on the 16-7-10 on their website it states 5-7 working days for delivery it is now 9 days and my order has yet to be delivered.i sent them an e-mail on the 8th day but received on responce from 118golf.co.uk not a good way to do business,i was thinking about placing a much high valve order with them,im very glad i didn't.
