Phil & Teds Customer Service Is Second To None
We purchased out Vibe back in June 2010 and it has served us well. Initially we had a problem with the front wheel as the fork had bent whilst going down a kerb!! WAIT!!! We took it back to Mothercare where we purchased it from well within the guarantee and they argued the toss about getting fixed, it turns out it was a design fault which has been rectified and after battling through mothercare's shocking service, phil and teds had no problem replacing the wheel and they serviced it for us to (adjusted the break etc). We have had no problems with the front wheel for at least 2 years. Recently outside of warranty the frame broke, we phoned phil and teds who were sympathetic and advised us to send an internet completed form with photos etc for them to consider but we had no receipt. 2 days later a replacement frame turned up at the door, no further questions asked.
I cannot fault the customer service of phil and teds, just a shame mothercare can't be as helpful.

Okay Stroller, Customer Service Needs Improvement.
We've relied heavily on our Vibe with our first child (now 2 yrs.). Our two biggest complaints b/f the birth of our second child were the quick wear of our treads and the break was too easily released which caused a headache while walking and coming to a sudden stop while having mistakenly set off the break.
After our second child, we were quickly disappointed. We had a tire pop and needed to replace it. It was the start of the summer and we placed an order pronto. Although they promised a 5 - 7 day delivery, we waited for over 8 weeks. We had to drive everywhere all summer and were without a stroller. I would not recommend this stroller until their service improves. I called and requested my money be returned which they did. The tires came in September.

This Is Absolutely The Worst Product On The Market
This is absolutely the worst product on the market and one of the most expensive. I am on my 3rd vibe in 1 warranty period!
The wheels go, they cannot handle a 15 minute walk to school and back each day for more than 6 months without the treading going. This is walking on a good condition footpath!
All products on the market have a problem with the front wheel bearing. P&T know this but have not recalled and fixed before selling. They let you find out after a month of use and have to arrange for it to be fixed. Yes, they will do it under warranty, but meanwhile you are without a pram! They do not care about that minor detail!!!!!!
The axel bar will likely break if you take on a plane. They know this but do not tell you. Instead sell you a soft travel bag quite happily!!! It will still break in the travel bag!!
The material on the seat will tear (did on 2 of the 3 prams!). This will happen within 2 month of use!
Hint: If you have two children and REALLY need the tandem, use the P&T Sport or Classic and save yourself a bulk load of money
If you only have one child, get a mountain buggy.
This pram is dreadful!

The Phil & Ted Vibe is a fantastic easy to stear and relativly light and compact double that my children absolutly love to sit in.
