I am writing to bring to your attention an issue concerning the tuition class fees for my two children at Epsom tuition center.

I appreciate the quality of education and the commitment of the institution to the development of students. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, it has come to my attention that the center was closed. This situation has left me concerned about the fees that have already been paid for the current academic term. At the end of term, the schedule had turned into upside down and did not have enough tutor to carry on the lesson, that's why my children could not have their lesson.

In light of the closure, I kindly request a refund of the tuition fees paid for the remaining duration of the academic term, but the staff did not give me any response promptly and make the waiting aged.

I would kindly comment that it would be a lot of room to improve in their service and administrative operation.

It has been great help my daughter maths. My daughter struggled with the math. She was bottom set of maths in her school. She started Bright and Young 2 years ago, she has been move up to top set in her math class in her school. She loves going there and she really enjoys math now.i can highly recommend Bright and Young

The people who manage the new Aylesbury centre are disorganised and very inexperienced and lacked any real professionalism.

Didn’t see any tutors with actual experience, just a few who look newly qualified. Wasn’t reassuring. Cannot recommend.

Billiant teaching and happy to see them succeed. A useful service when the schools in teh |UK provide such a poor level of service. We liked in particular their administration and attention to detail. The tutors were polite, highly knowledgeable and able teachers.

They are not cheap. An hours tuition can cosy up to £70.

We would be happy to recommend them to anyone, as log as they can deal with the higher in costs.

I was disappointed by the service although the tutor seemed friendly enough. It just seemed like alot of money to be paying to get a tutor. Next time I would just get a tutor from the internet or buy some books from a shop. I just wanted to let everyone know that it was not the level of service that I expected.

A very good tuition service which provides tuition services across the academic spectrum.

I had a very happy experience over the spring of 2009. My children were about to fail their a levels and common entrance respectively. I then gave www.brightyoungthingstuition.co.uk a ring. They explained that you offer a comprehensive A level to Common entrance tuition service. Whatever the academic situation and favoured outcome maybe, they seemed to have a solution.

I really liked their service. The two who run it are charming, effective and happy with anything you throw at them. I would recommend them to anyone, especially aspiring pupils and parents.
