Bought A New Toyota Ch-r

We ordered a new Toyota CH-R 4 months ago from a man with what we considered to be an extraordinary discount. As a number of customers have found the company went into voluntary liquidation which was obviously very concerning. The person we dealt with reassured us and as far as we are concerned the whole process from order to delivery could not have gone smoother. It is only when things go wrong do you find out who you are really dealing with. We would like to thank him for being very upfront and honest with us and at these troubled times it is very refreshing to find someone who has both trust and integrity.

As Ever - Still 100% Committed.

Fantastic commitment from these two guys with the delivery of my new Skoda Fabia car on the 23rd July 2019. Did I have any concerns - yes! did any of them materialise - NO not one! They left Nothing to chance - everything came together exactly as they said it would and when they said it would - amazing. Their commitment to the detail and their customer service care was second to none. They kept me fully informed throughout the whole buying process. Utterly Disappointing - Buyer Beware !

Having bought my current Qashqai online with no issues at all from a company that no longer offers Nissans, I ordered a new Nissan Qashqai on 19th March from buyanewcaronline.co.uk full of confidence based on their excellent reviews.

I find it very hard to reconcile those with the awful & disappointing experience I have had. Their communication was extremely poor – almost always in response to a request for an update by me, and rarely pro-active. Continual missed deadlines, no call-backs & broken promises and then unexpected issues with the finance contract. Although this had been approved the same day as my order was placed, when the car was finally in stock the monthly payments had increased and balloon payment decreased. Then, despite buyanewcaronline knowing that we needed the new car for a summer long trip to France, they were unable to find any PCP provider who would allow the car out of the UK for more than 28 days and had never heard of this issue before, so I was forced to agree to pay cash.

In the end they could not deliver on the promised date and would not agree to a weekend delivery which would have allowed us to take the new car to France. So the sale of the old car was cancelled and the garage paid to put the tow-bar back on it.

Never again !

24/5/19 Email sent after trying to complete finance paperwork as contract would not allow car to be out of the country for more than a month Reply received that the seller has never heard off this issue

28/5/19 Call back requested by phone x 3 Called back – cannot find any PCP provider who will allow the car out of the country for more than 28 days. Never had this problem before. I agreed that I would make alternative arrangements to be able to pay cash

30/5/19 Email received Car cannot be delivered on 31/5/19 as agreed because of “other deliveries already going out”. Request if later date is possible

30/5/19 Email sent requesting delivery on 1/6 or 2/6 and that paying overtime for a weekend delivery would no doubt be cheaper than a lost sale Reply received that weekend deliveries were not possible

Very Satisfied - Excellent Service

I must admit, when I first came across this company and the offer I was a bit sceptical - after all it looked a little too good to be true. So I checked the reviews and importantly the records at companies house. It is an established successful company and that gave me peace of mind.

In the end I need not have worried. Someone was always available on the phone and could not have been more helpful. The car arrived, on schedule and to the specifications. And with a fantastic discount. I couldn't be more pleased with the service.

I would not hesitate to recommend and will use them again.

If you have the cash to hand or have arranged a private loan why would you pay top price for a new car?

From initially specifying the exact model with extras I wanted to taking delivery everything went smoothly.

Yes I had doubts about using an on-line supplier for such a large purchase, and yes the main dealers will come up with many reasons for not using an on-line supplier - all untrue! I spent weeks on my due diligence, you will too.

You will be named as the 1st keeper.

You will get exactly the car you specified (possibly even a couple of extras you didn’t - happy days)

Yes you will get your new car when specified, on a date which suits you.

AND

Yes you will save thousands of pounds compared to the cheapest quote from traditional sources.

What more can I say - use them!

I definitely will next time I buy a new car.

No Hesitation Needed ...

Like many, I was initially wary of an online dealer, especially when it comes to a large amount of money. Persuaded by so many glowing reviews, I bit the bullet. I am happy to join them given the absolutely excellent service from start to finish including prompt responses to any queries, and, last but not least, a great price. Such customer service is impressive in this day and age when things can so easily go by the board once you’ve paid your money and/or are committed.

So, finally (after 9 months) I've received my vehicle after being hit by production delays due to Peugeot needing to re-engineer their engines and automatic boxes to meet the new emissions regulations. So ended up with a more efficient car at the same cost. If there's a downside to using a broker its that progress updates are harder to come by (typically initiated by myself) and their the "trust" element of making the final payment without seeing the vehicle - but its now sitting proudly on my drive so I guess the proof is in the pudding!

Added bonus was that I paid for delivery by driver but actually got it delivered on a trailer so only 3 miles on the clock.

First Time And Great Service

After having a Kia Sportage for 7 years, I have handed it down to my wife. We decided that the next car for me would be a Misubishi Eclipse Cross 3. Having searched the internet for the best deal we were directed to ButANewCarOnLine. Never had any experience of the business before so we took a chance and ordered our new car with them. Well, the service was exceptional from the beginning. We only dealt with one person who was most informative and always replied to e-mails promptly. We found that we could have a 3 year service deal at a discounted price so we asked for this to be added which was no problem and was immediately implemented. We were advised of our delivery date and the vehicle was delivered as agreed and on a transporter not driven by road. We have had the vehicle for a few days now and are dead chuffed. Really Pleased With My New Car

If you're reading this you are probably as I was 3 months back, wondering about this online car dealer with very competitive prices. Well, today I just got my new car, delivered very professionally to my front door in a trailer, with a detailed explanation of its features. I'm very pleased, and I would/will do it again.

Despite online being a common sales channel these days, I know it still feels handing over your money to someone you've never met, and inclusively paying in full 1 week before getting the car (so they can register it under your name), but all I can say this was legit and very professional.

We have just ordered a new car via this company and paid our £500 deposit. We can't find any entries with Companies House and the "parent" company of Sonnauto looks very small with restricted financial data lodged.

Should we be concerned about paying many thousands of pound via bank transfer when our new car is (allegedly) ready for delivery?

I purchased a car from them two years ago and cannot speak highly enough of them! The reviews were amazing - and my experience was the same. In any case, as long as you pay the deposit on credit card, the WHOLE transaction is covered so don't worry. This is the second time I have purchased a car online and I thought the previous company was fantastic.....this one was even better! Delivered to my door and full handover. Hope this helps!

Yes, I got the 3 year warrant and roadside assistance with Nissan - Luckily as i had a breakdown. The car was fixed by the local Nissan garage and a hire car was delivered to my home address whilst it was being fixed

Hi, went through the exact same quandary. By paying the deposit on a credit card, you are covered for the FULL purchase price, just so long as it is over £100. In any case have no worries, they are fantastic to deal with and very helpful. We saved nearly £4000 on a Qashqai, would not hesitate to buy from them again.
