“faulty product, cost us more at the end”

Toilet pan turned out to be faulty product -- water was leaking slowly. We received the replacement but we needed to pay for extra plumbing work. The product looked good and cheap but it was NOT worth to buy as it cost us more at the end. Also it was not easy to deal with customer service. Next time, we would rather go for other company even more expensive.

“POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE”

I placed an order for a vanity unit and radiator on 11th March. Goods arrived promptly. Thereafter things went downhill. Radiator was okay. Vanity unit ordered using dimensions on Bath Empires website which were incorrect. The vanity unit was much larger than advertised. After numerous phone calls to customer services Bath Empire admitted to advertising the incorrect dimensions on their website. More phone calls, nobody rang back when they said they were going to. A collection was at last arranged for 19th March. At 19.00 hours on 19th a courier collected the vanity unit. I was told the refund would be in my bank within 7 days. Silly me. Again, phone call after phone call just to be told the goods hadn't been listed as being received. I rang and spoke to a Senior Customer Service Representative who told me 'I will look into things and definitely get back to you' did he, NO. I rang on 3rd April and told the refund form had been raised and to ring back if the money hadn't been refunded to me by 9th April. NO REFUND. I rang again on 10th April and gave my bank details to a Customer Services Rep who said she would get her manager to take the refund form up to the Accounts Department. At last a member of staff who did what she said she would do. The refund was made on 11th April. I accepted that the dimensions on your website were incorrect what I don't accept is the disgusting service or should I say disservice given by your returns department.

“Disapponting delivery service, Why paying extra?”

I have ordered from BathEmpire as the offered a next day delivery Service (paying extra) and I needed a shower tray very urgently. I have placed an order on Thursday afternoon, to get my order on Monday, I was sent an email confirming the all the item were delivered on Friday, but it was a lie! The had just sent the shower waste and not the tray and the door I urgently needed! I called them on Monday, the delivery day and they confirmed my parcels were still at their warehouse. Unbelievable! I will have to pay the builder an extra day of work because their delay..

“No Invoice or instructions”

Having rang this company several times with various issues, I am still no further on, It has held up the work being carried out on my bathroom. I have never received an Invoice for my order. Then when I received the power shower there wasn't any instructions for the jets. Again I was promised they would be with me straight away by email, and yes you have guessed still no response. The customer service is atrocious , after sales service is none existent, I definitely would not recommend this company as if these small issues cannot be resolved, what chance would you have with faulty products. Which might I say haven't been able try out because of the hold up with instructions.

“Superb looking website and products look the business...”

Superb looking website and products look the business and fast deliveyr as promised but really disapointed with the actual quality of goods recieved. It was too cheap and I should have known better! it looks and feels like the sort of thing you find in cheap holiday resorts and I suspect it's probably Eastern European made or Chinese.... no BS marks on this lot.

The shower tray is fibreglass with metal (wonky) feet and while lightweight I do wonder ho long it'll last compared to the heavy trays I've had before. The 'Free' speedfit waste for the tray is a joke, a toylike waste that has to be heavily sealed/glued to not leak and no means to remove the top to unclog hair.

The conceled shower mixer was a nightmare, no means to bolt to the wall and plumb, rather it has to bolt to a false wall and then be plumbed from behind which is fine if you have access from the next room or can plumb around corners. No install guide, no markings on mixer as for hot or cold and no servicable parts. For slightly more money I'm getting a Bristan that has 5 yr warranty and replaceable parts.

Sink, well the sink is ok but the pedestal no open around the back so very hard to concele pipes, could only just fit the waste pipe in pedestal with slim u-bend.
