Ping Pong South Bank

I love dim sum. So to go to a restaurant that serves only that is brillaint. The Ping Pong staff told us to choose between 3 and 5 dishes each (5 if we were greedy) and then we could share amongst ourselves.We each choose 3 dishes and at first we thought that it wouldn't be enough...oh how wrong we were. Dishes and bamboo steamers came out and our table was covered in hot steamy food. It's a great choice for groups of friends or for getting to know people as you end up trying most dishes then recommending them to your mates. "You've got to try this duck!" I really loved the scallop dumplings and crispy hoi sin duck parcels.I finished with a jasmine and lily tea that had a flower at the bottom that once you poured in your hot water opened. Quite a nice touch.
