Don't waste your time with this place. I called to see if a particular Idle Control Valve was in stock before I ordered it. He assured me there were over 200 in stock. I said I would be placing my order and he talked me into giving my order over the phone...BIG MISTAKE! I ordered two day delivery and waited for my order confirmation...and waited...and waited. I called back that afternoon (order placed early in the morning) only to be told the reason I hadn't got my confirmation was the salesman hadn't entered my email or phone number. I had given it to him twice! Got my order confirmation but no tracking info. Three days later still no tracking info. I called, no help on the Customer Service line. Finally hit one for sales and they picked up right away. Was informed my order was in transit and to expect it in six more days (it's already three days after the order). They would have to move up to get a rating of dismal in my book.

It is my first time to order from autopartsdeal. I had a smooth transaction with them,though I received my order after 4 days. Thumbs up for their customer service,I had a lot of questions then yet all of them were happily answered by the customer service representative who assisted me. Excellent service,though it would be better if I received my order sooner. The thing that I would really give an extra credit is their website and the variety of car parts/accesories that they offer. It so easy to browse their site.

Dismal. Screwed up, switching the part I ordered with someone else's order. This was followed by being extremely slow in fixing their error. Requests go unanswered altogether or are answered multiple days later.
