Finesse Hair Hair Salon

The staff here have customers waiting for a long period of time which I cant stand. They don't listen to your instructions when it comes to the way you want your hair styled.

The service was not good at all. The weight was long and they are not very organized.

Don't go to Finesse Hair Salon. Place looks modern, clean and state of the art. It also has a seperate male barbers attached. Don't let this fool you, I was not offered any of their "complimentary" drinks, I had to ask or any magazines, hair dressers cannot speak good English, I told the hairdresser specifically what I wanted which was 3 inches of heat damaged hair trimmed off but she done her own thing anyway, only removed half an inch and feathered it which isn't what I asked for. I told her I was unhappy but she just wasn't understanding me. I reluctantly paid the £36 and left. Shoddy service, left disapointed and had to get my hair cut elsewhere.
