I bought a set of Hope hoop wheels from these guys last week and they turned up within 2 days although after purchasing on the internet I had given them a call to see how long they would take, I was told it maybe 3 to 5 days. They were buy far the cheapest on the internet and having got them so quick I decided to order some Hope clothing, also cheapest on the net. They turned up the Next day. I will defo be ordering again from this shop.

No one can beat this shop for prices, I have been using the bikeoutlet for a few years now . They have decent staff who aren't stuck up and are always up for a deal. Decent workshop with realistc prices. Would buy from again and again . Let's face it we all like to save money!!!!!

I bought a Fox RP23 rear shock for my Orange 5 from the Bike Outlet as i found they were by far the cheapest for Fox mountainbike kit with a well designed website, I ordered over the phone and saved another £10.00 !!! and was in my hands next day !!,When I rung the shop I spoke to the mechanic afterwards and he was very helpful and guided me on the advice on the setup of the shock, very happy customer review thanks Bike Outlet

I recently bought my Norco A-Line from the guys at the Bike Outlet, I had seen the cycle online and decided to visit there store in York before purchase, I had visited lots of other bike shops locally and found most didnt really want to help, some didnt even say hello !!, I found the Bike Outlet store very well stocked with equipment and the staff were extremely helpful and I bought the cycle there and then, I took it back for the first free service which they completed while I waited and I also bought myself a new TSG Helmet which they offered a discount on because I had bought the bike from them, Well Chuffed thanks Guys !!

I ordered my bike from Bike Outlet due to the very low price. Only after placing the order did I see some of the reviews posted below, and feared the worst ... however overall I was really pleased. The bike did not arrive within the stated time on the website (I think they were claiming next day but withlots of caveats), but was with me within a week. I called to check on delivery and they were informative and polite, and obviously they were vry cheap. Bike arrived boxed, and needed a bit of knowledge to put together, but as long as you're happy using an allen key and basic tools its fine. I'll buy from them again.

I would thank the bike outlet for great customer service and fantastic value, I bought a claud butler cape wrath 2 which is a great off road bike, it was nearly £120.00 cheaper than my local bike shop, I called the store and spoke to a really helpful guy called Alex which recommended the correct size and gave me some really good advice, I ordered the bike and the cycle came as promised the next working day, Setup was easy with some basic tools which I had and I have now completed 100 miles as shown on my cycle computer that I bought at the same time and the cycle is brilliant,

Excelent Service, I bought my Norco atomik downhill bike from this shop and found them highly helpful and the bike excelent, The Bike was several hundred pounds cheaper than anywhere else and after reading negative reviews I felt it right to point out that I found all the staff very helpful and the delivery on time

excellent value i just ordered my daughters bike from these guys and the it was loads cheaper than anywhere else and arrived today, assembled it tonight and I am well chuffed, I rang up over the phone to order the cycle and found the staff helpful and there advice on what size and bike I wanted was spot on, thankyou bike outlet

Excelent service having just ordered my daughters bike for Xmas, the bike was delivered next day and when I contacted them regarding the a simple assembly issue where I was put through to a highly knowledgable guy from the workshop who had me up and running in a matter of minutes, I have ordered bikes elsewhere but got to say the price and the service from the Bike Outlet York was brilliant and I will recommend them to family and friends in future

Like to say well done to the guys at the bike outlet, I bought a set of rockshox boxxer team forks from them online and they arrived next day as advertised on there site, had a problem with setup and rang the store and they took a message, the head mechanic rang me back 10 mins later with detail information that helped me fit them correctly, seems a good set up with knowledgeable people.
Will use again and would recommend to my friends

Placed the order and the cycle arrived next day, Assembly was straight forward and the Bike is brilliant, After checking the Bike Outlet out I found some negative reviews however I found the service, price and staff first rate

I have read very mixed reviews about this site, and i read them after I ordered (oops). The general consensus is that they were great or rubbish. Here's my experience.

I ordered a hope pro 2 wheelset on mavic EX721 rims, but I needed a conversion doing on the rear hub too, to make it fit my bike. Bare in mind that these wheels are at least £50 more expensive on chainreaction WITHOUT the conversion. I was quoted up to 5 working days for delivery on a Wednesday order (so a week basically). I received them today (Tuesday) earlier than I thought I would. Customer service was very helpful and they answer the phone every time!

I would recommend this shop. they were really good for me considering they needed to work on my product before sending it me.

Found the Team at the Bike Outlet to be really helpful and gave some great advice about buying the cycle, I initially phoned the shop and spoke to a member of staff who was really helpful and very informative about cycles and the size I needed, I ordered the cycle there and then and it was delivered the next day which was excellent, I needed to contact them regarding a problem with a lock a bought at the same time and was phoned back within 10 minutes and the problem resolved instantly, Well Done and I wish all purchases over the web were as easy as the Bike Outlet made it,
