Got made an offer of £172 for a samsung galaxy s2 which was fully functioning and in very good condition. Got an offer today of £154 as it has cosmetic damage. The only cosmetic damage was on the rear case which seemed to arise from being in a protective case the whole time I had it so it wasn't bad. £14.95 to get the phone back so obviously I am going to have to bite the bullet and accept it. Thing is that I only took this offer as it said on mobilephonerecycling that they wouldn't change the value for cosmetic damage and yet they did.

Sent my phone to this company after being quoted £20. I know it's not a great price, but it wasn't a great phone! They said they would hold this price for 7 days. I applied for them to send me a freepost envelope. By the time this arrived and I posted it back it was over the 7 days. They then reduced the price to £14. I don't feel that this was my fault, it was mainly theirs due to delay in the envelope arriving. I have read similar reviews on here and alot of people do not recommend the company. I wish I had visited this site before using them.
