Offered £150 for iPhone 4 in perfect condition! Literally not a scratch on it. I have photos of the phone from every angle on the day it was posted. Wrapped in layers of bubble wrap, inside a jiffy envelope, inside the original box ( it could not move and was extremely well padded)

They are now telling me the screen has excessive scratching and are offering me ... £32. Absolute joke! I am 100% sure the phone was not scratched.

So now I take £32 or PAY THEM £9 to return my phone which having had dealings with them now I do not trust to return my phone in a sellable condition.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Liars and will rip you off!

Do not sell your phone to cash4phones!!!

I have used Money4urMobile twice now. Both times I used the free post labels they send on the confirmation email and my own packaging I sent iPhones on both occasions so for piece of mind I sent them special delivery.

This last time the next day I received a txt before 10am confirming my order had been processed and my money was on its way. I checked my bank balance at lunchtime and the full offer amount was in my bank.

I will use Money4urMobile again when am next due am upgrade.

i advise no one to use this company, i was offered x amount for my mobile phone which was as good as new no damage in mint condition and absolutely no water damage. upon them receiving my phone i was sent an email saying that they had reduced the recycle price by 50% due to water damage which is totally untrue

Sent my mobile in on the 10th Dec 2012, it is now the 5th Jan 2013 no money. Emailed 4 times, phoned 4 times no answer or straight to answer phone. PLEASE AVIOD THIS COMPANY!!

My experience of using this company was hassle from start to finish. I had to wait 2 weeks for them to despatch the envelope and then by the time I sent my phone they deducted money from original quote as I had not sent to them within 14 days - not my fault! Every time I phoned them to chase up whether my phone had arrived there was no answer and they did not return my calls even though I left messages. When they finally confirmed by email that they had my phone they deducted more money due to alleged visible cosmetic damage. My phone was in perfect condition and had been kept in a case with screen protector. When I challenged this, they claimed there were scratches on the casing - absolute rubbish! I emailed them again and they agreed to pay a little more due to the postage delays not being my fault and then, despite putting this in writing in an email, they reneged on this and paid me the reduced amount (which I had to wait another 5 days for)! The problem is, they hold you hostage as you can't prove or disprove the damage they claim and you end up waiting so long that you end up feeling defeated and giving in. My advice is - don't get sucked in by the persuasive language on their website.

This company do not send you ANY money for your phone. They are con artists. They also operate under REDEEM.CO.UK from the same address in Falkirk, pretending to be a Charity!

I, for one, have reported them to the Trading Standards Department.

Do yourself a favour and stick with the like of Mazuma, etc. This company will offer you more than them, to entice you, then send you absolutely nothing. They do not respond to E-mail nor do they answer the phone.

Please avoid, avoid, avoid!

Same issue as other have stated below, sent the phone at end of December and order is still showing as Pending almost 3 weeks later. I have tried phoning but my call is never answered, I have also sent mails but I have still not heard anything back. Avoid this company!
