Stay well clear. I have had a Horizon Paragon HRC 111 for 18 months and thought it was fantastic. After only light use by my sub 9 stone wife there has been a catastrophic failure of the frame disabling the incline facility. Horizon have dismissed the lifetime guarantee and do not want to know. A very shoddy way to treat customers.
