These people are bad, no wonder, Italians, they operate like the mafia, they are after your money, no customer satisfaction, delivery delayed and 80$ in duty fees! was planing to buy from them, but after this terrible experience, never again, save your time, money and headache!

“Fake Oliver Peoples glasses, colour completely...”

Ordered Oliver People’s and they’re clearly fakes (I already own legit ones from my optometrist so know the difference) Colour not even close to website. Perception Lens quality is average but ok for the price.

STAY AWAY. do not buy from them if you planning for refund because you will get your money from them, and they will not reply to your emails. basically, they will say we process your refund, and let you think its on the way, and when you trying to ask them why its late, they will not answer your emails at all.

Please do not shop here. They’re a deplorable company. Staff are arrogant and unwilling to put aside ego in order to achieve desirable outcomes for paying customers. Learn from my mistakes and the mistakes of others here. Take your business elsewhere. That’s the safest thing you can do.

I bought rayban sunglasses nov 14 for $173.00 for granddaughter Christmas present .we were not going to be home on Christmas and planning a early celebration . Life happened and we were able to celebrate on Christmas today. 2 days later my granddaughter does not like the Particular style. they will not return the glasses ....poor business !...beware of this policy as the web site clearly states the return is available all the way to jan. 8.

“No phone number???”

So I ordered my first pair of glasses from this site... Not only was I not given tracking information ... The phone number provided on the website is "disconnected" Ummmm please help me!!!!!!!! I am a broke kid working her butt off I've saved up for months to purchase these and this is TERRIBLE customer service I still can't get over the fact there is no phone number!!! Mind blowing

“Bad transaction ”

The glasses are too strong. The Rx should be modified as to use but there is nowhere to tell them. They are not interested. First they hook you with a price then tell you that price does not apply to your Rx! So I paid double the advertised price then...... However the biggest bummer is a few weeks later you get stiffed for Duty by Fedex. So for a $85 pair of glasses then lenses were another $85 then $33 duty. AND THEY DON'T WORK!!

I am sorry that you find the prescription sunglasses to strong but I assure you that the lenses were made in the Carl Zeiss laboratory to suit your prescription.
Regarding import taxes, as stated on our website we do refund our U.S customers for that.

FAKE!!! Came in a completely different shade of blue than in the pics. Oakley doesn't even offer this shade of blue!!! Please learn from my mistake and pay a little extra and order from a reputable seller!!!

“Fake sunglasses, never responding, really disappointed”

I advice to never buy from this company, they send me fake sunglasses and when I ask for return they respond after three days saying that I should return the sunglasses with my own money and the ask me to send it by fedex wich will cost 60Euro and when I said that it's very expensive to me to send it by FedEx they never answer.

This company is very fake, most of the items on their website are not available After placing the order they charge you for full amount then keep sending emails about delay and unavailability and offer old models that can be shipped immediately Don't ever trust them and fall in their trap And they don't care about customers satisfaction all they care about is money

It takes them about 4 days to replay to any email... i ordered some sunglasses that where marked as in stock. two weeks later the sunglasses has not been shipped, they have not informed me why there is a delay. I am now trying to cancel the whole thing but of course there not answering

“Do Not Buy From Them!”

i wish I had found this review site before ordering from Otticanet. I just read most of the reviews here and my experience has been similar. I ordered a pair of Porsche Design sunglasses from them. Otticanets site states they were made in Italy. The ones I received were made in Japan. I contacted them and asked to send them back. It cost me $18.50 to do so. A few days after I had mailed them I received a bill from FEDEX for taxes and duty for $32.50. I contacted Otticanet and they say they will refund that cost, along with the cost of the sunglasses, $275.00, when they receive them. I shipped them back 3 weeks ago. According to the tracking they have been stuck in the Italian customs dept for 2 weeks. I have asked Otticanet 3 different times to get involved and for them to see why it is taking so long. They keep saying that it is normal and not to worry. Really??? Two weeks to clear customs. I am out $325.00. Tired of waiting. Filing claim with PayPal. Maybe they can help. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Wish I had.

I ordered an eye glasses and sunglasses both are with prescription lenses. The eye glasses come with scratched glasses on both sides The tragedy comes with sunglasses they installed the right eye lens for the left eye and vice versa . I contacted them for the sunglasses and every time they feedback that they made the prescription correctly based on the prescription I order. Yes the provide the lenses upon my prescription but they installed it for the wrong eyes because my prescription is not the same for both eyes. The suggested to fix it in local optician shop , the are strange. Refund is a dream, forget about it

do not ever buy from this company they are not good i ordered 2 pairs of glasses,they let me know i could not get the gucci glasses i wanted because they do not have them any more so i ordered one just like the ones i wanted, Then they told me they were more expensive and that i had to pay the difference even tho they did not have the glasses i wanted, but in fact the glasses i reordered were 5 dollars cheaper i had to send them 10 emails before they answered me and then they told me the order i was getting, then they also changed my order when they finished the order i was just so so so upset with there lack of customer service i will never shop through them again and to add to it 8 days had past and still nothing was in the mail so i just cancelled. i had found the glasses i wanted here where i live for the same price. so if you want the glasses you want you will be out of luck and you will wait for a very long time and they will mess you around and also they will go back on there word and tell you,you can have one pair of glasses and send you a total different pair. i would not be surprised if they were fake either how long they would take to get me them

WARNING!Do not buy from this company if your glasses have to be imported. They will get caught up in customs, reviewed by the FDA, and then held in a facility for an extended period of time. I still have yet to receive my glasses and customer service has done nothing to remedy the situation. I was suppose to get my glasses 2 days ago and now Fedex is saying it may take a month. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

“Bad quality !!! Crooked sunglasses”

I ordered Dior sunglasses . Bad quality . I had the same sunglasses in the past and this looks fake . They came completely crooked and I contact the seller . They tell you to follow the steps to get your refund . I sent the picture from the crooked sunglasses they asked me for and they responded . .. I confirm that I saw the pictures and the glasses have a regulation problem. The quickest solution is to go to a local optician and ask for his help. He will have just to warm a bit the frame and regulate it directly on your face. In this way the glasses will fit perfectly on you. Usually opticians do this work for free as it takes only a few minutes. Anyway, in case your optician asks you to pay, please keep the receipt and we will refund you that amount. Take to a local optician to warm up ? Is that a joke ??? Seems like they sell bad quality sunglasses and try to get away with that .....
