The saw has always been very difficult to start despite it being advertised as easy start. After about 15 hours use the piston rings siezed in the piston, the dealer told me it was my fault for not using Husqvarna oil in the mix. The 2 stroke oil I'd been using met the specifications in the operators manual but this didn't cut ice with the local dealer. Husqvarna UK did not respond to my communication. The dealer fixed the machine for a cost around 2/3 of the price of a new machine. Since then I've run it for about 1 hour but spent far more time than this changing the fuel, plugs and just trying to start it. It cuts out if not on full throttle and has finally packed up altogether today
