Stupidly ordered my stuff after reading these reviews. Looks like I'm not going to get my stuff, usual stuff of not answering their customer service number or responding to emails. Have contacted bank to report Freud and police

Have sent me the wrong item and no response to calls or email - will have to go through bank now. Appalling, do not use. I only gave one star because I had to to give a review....

I having been waiting for over two weeks for my bedhead (Hard to get) to arrive. The company does not answer the phone or reply to emails.

You would be mental to use this company.

I bought a Morroccan Oil Mask, received it within a couple of days of purchasing it. happy with my purcahse and the lenght of time it took to receive it.

Same as other reviews. Placed my order on 06/04/12, and status says on hold. no response to emails or voicemail. phone rings and goes straight to voicemail! will give it an other week before i try to get a refund through the bank...

A waste of time. will not be using them again!

I wish, I have done more research before ordering. Had to contact my bank to get a refund for the goods, which never arrived.

Contacted retailer after delay in delivery, received a response that goods have been discontinued, and my money have been refunded. This however wasn't the case, and the further contact with the retailer was unanswered.

I have managed to get my money back after contacting my bank.

Dishonest service

Placed my order before reading any reviews about candyaddicted then panic!! There was no response to emails and the telephone just rang and rang. Fortunately my order was delivered 1 week later but I had resigned myself to battling for a refund. SO even though they did deliver in the end, I'd be cautious about using them again as peace of mind is more important than saving a few quid. Very disappointing seeing as the website is well presented and easy to navigate. Expected more!!

Been waiting 2 weeks and still nothing so googled website and found all the other comments on here. Oh no! Looks like I might not be getting my stuff :-(

Same as others on here. 19 days and still waiting, probably lost my £55. No response from emails, telephone goes straight to answer machine.
