Whilst one cannot deny that the indoors arena and some buildings could do with a bit of refurbishment (indoors arena surface is not great), the outdoors arena and jumping courses are of very good quality at Limes Farm. The family running the business is friendly and I have never had a problem with the food there, which is very good value. BSJA events have a very nice atmosphere and are well run. It is not a posh place at all, but riding and training there is excellent value for money.

Having recently moved to Kent I was keenly attending all BS events, never again to Lime Farm, staff were rude, facilities poor and the food made all 4 members of my family ill.... ghastly when you have an hour's trip home in a horsebox!!

I attended a dressage event here on sunday 11th july and was very disappointed with the surface in the somewhat run down indoor arena. the surface is uneven and too deep and I would not want to work my horses on it for long. The facilities were disappointing and the standards generally less than I expected. the livery stables appear very run down also. I will not be using this venue again, sorry.
