I like the handling and the looks of the car. It gets you from point a to point b and is an amazing daily driver. Not everyone has one of these, unlike a Grand Am or Escort. The Avenger has sportier looks than those cars,in my opinion too! And if you want to make it into a one-of-a-kind, there are enough aftermarket accessories out there to choose from! The automatic tranny could be better.

Got a 95 Avenger es for my first car. I love it, and the girls do too. The car has great pickup as far as i can tell, and its roomy. I'm pushin 6 ft 3 and i need some room, and this car has it. I love that the seats fold down in the back, you can fit two people layin in there. Overall its a great car, couldn't have had a better first car.
